Don Luong is a class act Sales Consultant. He assisted me in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings of my new suv all the way down to trying out the parking assist feature! That was fun! Even gave me a tour of the office and service area. Don stayed true to his promise - and followed up with me after my first time coming in for a test drive. He was available when I had questions prior to the purchase, and has been available even after the sale. On the day of purchase and signing the docs, the suv was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to drive away. I was very pleased with the entire staff of Vordermans and I'm very happy with my purchase. I just bought my new used 2013 Jetta today and received great help. When my boyfriend and i pulled up, before we could even start looking at other cars we were greeted by Don and he was so friendly. He went over all the details about the car even before the test drive. He was also very knowledgeable about the car. He also didn't make me feel pressured about the purchase of the car. When we started going over the financing of the car he understood my budget and helped me stay in the budget and get me a good loan. When we talked to Naomi, she help me understand all the paperwork so I wasn't confused about everything. She also helped me learn more about the process of the loan. I left the dealership very happy about my experience and i would go back there in the future when i get a new car.

I can honestly say that my first time buying a car was great. The dealer that helped me through the process was awesome and answered any and all questions that I had. The best thing about it was, he didn't pressure me into anything extra.
