Milt moved to Fort Wayne in 1987 and starting in the parts industry in 1988 and been doing what he loves ever since! Milt has always been a great asset to us here at Vorderman's and always has a great attitude. If you ever have a chance to speak to Milt, be aware... it is very likely you'll hear a wonderfully corny "Dad Joke"! :)

After the sale

I own a 2010 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. Yes, our salesman was great but I feel that the service I’ve received the past eight years is what’s more important. Abbey, Jamie and Larry ALWAYS take fantastic care of me and their service team keeps my favorite car EVER in great shape. I can’t say enough about them. Abbey has gone above and beyond for me many times; she helped me through the diesel modification and has given great advice more than once. Thank you all for what you do every single day. —- Carol G

Best car buying experience ever.

Had my heart set on a Passat TDI , but had some issues with my banks lending criteria. Sent a quick chat on the webpage and set up credit app prior to stepping on the lot. By the time my test drive was over I had a great rate in my payment range and top notch service options Graham took care to go ever all options and included warranties. Driving my dream car now and loving it.

Wow! What unbelievable and considerate service!

Recently, after much online study, my wife and I decided to purchase a new VW Jetta with the also NEW 1.4 liter turbocharged engine. The closest VW dealership was Vorderman's VW in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This, being my first VW since a 1972 VW Beetle, was my first time having any dealings with Vorderman's. We were excited to take a trip to Milwaukee to show the car to my daughter and her German born husband. Prior to leaving, I wanted to really clean the car for its first impression. In my exuberance to clean the interior of the windshield I was leaning across the steering wheel to clean the passenger side. I began to get a cramp in my leg and abruptly jerked my body and head backward only to knock the rear view mirror off so hard that I cracked the windshield. I was DEVASTATED! We drove to Vorderman's to see if we could at least get the mirror re-installed, as I wanted nothing to do with driving around Chicago without one. I was greeted by service writer Abbey. I explained what happened and she was SO understanding! She promptly had a tech re-install the rear view mirror. THEN, to my utter surprise, after she had consulted with someone about my misfortune, she said "Mr. Peterson, we are going to order and install a new windshield for you at no cost." I was floored!!! I did not see that coming. I had been previously impressed by my salesman, Jay Melcher and the rest of the staff, but this goodwill was above and beyond any expectation. To say that I have been impressed by everyone at Vorderman's is beyond an understatement! Thank you Abbey! You now have one happy and devoted customer!
