Customer service on the sales side has always been

Customer service on the sales side has always been outstanding, but once the deal is closed the customer service doesn’t carry over to the other departments. Scheduled an appt at 10am to only take our vehicle to the back at 1:30pm! What’s the point of making an appt then? They don’t know how to communicate. They did try to accommodate us after the fact, but their planning for vehicles getting worked on wasn’t up to par. We canceled everything.Their service department is horrible at this. If only they all worked like Mario in sales. They’d always have 5star reviews!

They let my husband sit there for 4 hours only to be told

They let my husband sit there for 4 hours only to be told come back tomorrow. They also charged him when our car is still under warranty.

Great fast service.

Great fast service. They were able to take my vehicle in last minute right before they closed. Vehicle was ready early next day. Love the video and info on vehicle reports they send. Its great help.
