I had great experience purchasing my most recent car from Select Eurocars. He threw in brand new tires, was very reasonable on the price, and he was able to get all the paperwork cleared for my financing, insurance, title, and registration in just a few hours - so I could drive off with the car, same day!

Joel and Preston have been great to deal with! We have purchased several cars from Select EuroCars and they are always watching out for us! The latest casualty vehicle totaled by a deer was purchased there. When I called them to let them know I was looking for another vehicle, they were quick to respond by letting me know that my warranty on the totaled vehicle was at least partially refundable. REALLY? What dealership do you know that is looking out for their customer like that? They are friendly, fair priced, and have a great service shop as well. Great job, Joel and Preston!!

Test drove a 2014 gsr beetle. Very nice car. Had to have it , worked with Joel, very nice guy. So I bought it. Thanks for the car.

It was about as easy doing business with select Eurocars as I could. Very helpful with questions and fair price. I would recommend them to others.

My wife and I bought an Audi Q from Joel. We own a TT Roadster bought elsewhere. Joel is very knowledgeable about what he sells and stands behind his service, which we find second to none. He goes to lengths to be fair! Corey is our service representative with Dan stepping in from time to time. These professionals and a highly qualified team of technicians set this dealership apart. You can buy a car anywhere, but what counts for us is “Can you service it correctly?”

There are not dealerships like this left anymore. They have the best customer service and Joel and his team are one of a kind. I highly recommend them!

Over the top customer service. Joel worked through the night to make sure that my son could get his car the next day. And he did, complete with financing, brand new Hankook 70,000 mile tires, brand new rotors & break pads, registration, insurance cards, plates. I should have written this review a long time ago; but now I have so many additional reasons to write it. Back in March, my wife and I were looking to buy me a car, and she spent a lot of time looking around and doing her research before deciding to go to Select EuroCars. We had watched the inventory videos on their website, and were impressed by the selection and fair pricing of Joel's stock. His website is truly incredible! So much information on the vehicles, plenty of photographs, detailed walkarounds on video, and so easy to navigate and filter. I've never seen a used car dealer with a website so well put together! Additionally, after reading about Joel's story and technical experience, my wife knew she had found the right place to do business. We drove the hour from our home to Waterloo, just to do business with Mr. Osserman and his team, specifically. We were not at all disappointed! We had called in advance about the VW Tiguan we were interested in test driving; when we arrived, Joel took us out for a spin. When we knew this was the one for us, Joel worked tirelessly with my wife and I to find the right financing fit for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied, and never once made us feel anything less than a valued customer. We left that day feeling very good about our purchase, and looking forward to doing business with Select Euro Cars in the future. Fast forward to August: we've been really enjoying our time in our VW! It's been the perfect fit for our lifestyle; but, more importantly, we felt comfortable and safe with our decision. Then, one day, as we were heading into town for lunch, we heard an unusual noise coming from under the hood and panicked! Without thinking clearly, we made a rash decision to take the VW to the nearest open repair shop. What a mistake that was! The shop we took it to (who shall remain nameless -- nationwide chain) had no idea what they were doing with our dear VW. After two weeks of headaches and turmoil, and an expensive diagnostic fee, and a reported thousands of dollars in potentially necessary repairs, we were quite fed up. Then it dawned on us-- JOEL! Why, OH WHY, did we not think of taking it in to Select Euro Cars in the first place?! We had AAA tow our vehicle from the chain repair shop all the way to Waterloo to have the team at Select Euro Cars take a look at it. The very next day, we received a phone call from Dan: "The car is done, ready for you to pick it up." We were in disbelief. Almost too good to be true, we drove down to pick up the car, and were over-the-moon excited to find out that the vehicle had been repaired in less than an hour and for next to nothing! (Very important side note: we had purchased the warranty option when we originally purchased the VW, and it covered the entire cost of the repair for us, including labor, and waived our deductible so we paid absolutely nothing out of pocket-- SO WORTH IT if you buy from these guys.) It turns out, the real problem was completely different from what the first shop said it was; they would have done all of the expensive, unnecessary repairs on our VW, just to find out that the problem was still not fixed. Instead, the guys at Select Euro Cars, who specialize in VWs and Audi, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away. We are beyond impressed by their knowledge and expertise with these cars. The team at Select Euro Cars is FANTASTIC, and I can't thank them enough. I solemnly swear that I will never take my vehicle to anyone else, for as long as I live. We'll be in the market for another vehicle soon, and we can't wait to do business with these wonderful people all over again!

I recently bought a Volkswagen Jetta from select eurocars and I’m completely satisfied with the car. Joel and Dan are very good people and the whole staff is great. Every car they have is good and clean and they are truly concerned about their customer’s satisfaction. The services for the cars bought there are added bonus. I would completely recommend them to my frnds.

Joel is very helpful and seems like a very trustworthy person. When there was a problem with a used A4 that I bought from him, he went above and beyond what was required to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. I hope to keep getting my car serviced there and buy another car from him in the future.
