DO NOT GO HERE

What an absolute joke this place is. DO NOT BUY FROM MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE. My wife and I placed a deposit of $1000 in order to guarantee a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. After waiting almost a whole month for this vehicle, we finally got the call from their manager that they had the truck for us. After setting up an appointment to get our truck the same day, not even 3 hours later they sold our truck to someone else. No phone call or anything to let us know the truck was sold. When we showed up to our appointment, that's when the manager told us the scenario that they had already sold the truck to someone else. Not only were we lied to by them, but they failed to call us and inform us before we drove all the way to the dealership. After trying to figure out what happened (he didn't even know what to say), the manager blamed our salesman who WASN'T EVEN AT WORK TODAY saying he should of called us. IF YOU CALLED US TO TELL US THE TRUCK WAS THERE, WHY CANT YOU CALL US BACK? Once this all was over my wife and I requested to speak to the General Manager. The level of customer service he had with us was absolutely atrocious. His exact words after I mentioned leaving a review was "Go ahead, I'm the one who will be replying to it." I will never take my business to Nissan ever again, let alone the MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE location. For all future customers reading this, let this be a forewarning that this place is money hungry, and their management will stiff anyone in order to get a sale. The level of customer service the GM had was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Awesome customer service

What a fantastic group of people working here, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. This was the first time I've ever been able to buy a new car, I've only had used cars before. The salesman was friendly and helped me choose the car I was looking for- I had no idea there were so many options to choose from. It was great to be walked through everything available to me. At the end of my purchase I was sat down with a gentleman named Mike, he was so accommodating and patient. If you are looking for a dealership that will make you feel informed and taken care of- this is your place!

never go here ever, read other reviews

brought my truck in for service and left with a broken temp gauge , they said maybe they will fix, leave it for a day, no loner, even said i was lucky not to pay to bring it back, it even though its under warranty.

Excellent service in all areas.

Nisson advertised a new lease program for the 2013 Nisson Altima tha got my attention. I went ot the nearest Nisson dealer, which is located in Oceanside, CA to inquire about the program. I was greeted by a sales representative named Robert Sozzani, and he reviewed the program with me, which sounded exactly as it was advertised. I found no reason to negotiating for a better deal because I thought the offer was a very good one, as advertised. I accepted the offer and drove away with a new 2013 Nisson Altima and have not been disappointed since. The following week I returned to the dealer to have some service performed to enhance the durability of the internal and exterior of the car, along with the installation of the theft protection device. The service was performed within the time frame that I was told, and I was very happy again to drive away with my new car. The future remains to be seen. But, to date, I have been very pleased with the selling process and the service provided by Mossi Nisson.
