Dave is the best!

Dave is the best! He’s a great guy, honest, not pushy and super informed. Listened to what I wanted and delivered. We worked with him for about 3 weeks and will 100% work with him again. Nicole in finance was so nice and super fast. Highly recommend both of them! The most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

Every time I come into this dealership, the employees

Every time I come into this dealership, the employees look absolutely miserable. I don’t know if it’s a corporate culture issue, or just specific to this location, but no one looks happy to be there. While I was picking up my car, I saw a customer call the police on this location because he wasn’t getting any help with his car. I overheard he had only purchased his car 2 months ago, and after coming to the service center multiple times with no resolution, he had to resort to calling the Santa Monica police department to file a complaint. The fact that he felt the need to get law enforcement involved speaks to the level of service your clients have come to expect.

Did not perform the multi point inspection they were

Did not perform the multi point inspection they were supposed to. Failed to provide a video of their inspection and work, and did not adjust tire pressure despite my request and this being noted on the estimate.

People and service were both good.

People and service were both good. First service appointment with this car, my fourth BMW. Shocked and saddened at the prices associated with this vehicle. Enough reason to not buy another BMW.

Patrik is the BEST salesperson of all dealerships in this

Patrik is the BEST salesperson of all dealerships in this country. Great communication and explanation of the pricing, incentives, and potential issues to avoid. He was able to negotiate great pricing and find hard to attain vehicles. The dealership is very organized with a proper and quick queuing system for finance and service.
