I came to CREVIER with the idea that I was going to get a car at a totally different make/model dealer and I was just going to look at the X class SUV. As soon as we parked, we were greeted by a very kind person who let us know that we had ended up in the used lot and gave us very clear instructions on where to go to look at the 2025 new cars. Once we got there, we were greeted by Giddianni who was very friendly and kind. He gave us a quick tour of the car we were looking at and answered all of our questions took us on a test drive and gave us space to enjoy the car. When we decided that this would be the right car for us, the X3 I gave him a huge task of trying to find the color combination that I wanted and it just so happened to be a car that had literally been delivered 15 minutes earlier. He took us over to go look at the car in the back of the lot and it was beautiful. So it was a pretty quick and easy sale on our part. communication with Giddy and the BMW staff was incredible!

all staffs are so friendly when I drove into the service department. They are nice and helpful, especially Jack, my advisor who is very patient to hear what my problem is, and is willing to solve and explain to me all of that, even just little things!
