Always timely with appointments. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. A little annoyed that car wash seems to be unavailable as much as it is

9:00 appointment for a one hr job, car wasn’t ready until 3:30. Courtesy car was a hybrid EV but I was not told. Had a difficult time starting the vehicle since you hear no engine starting sounds. Car was also dirty with dirt and leaves in the front and rear floor mats as well as crumbs and debris around the console area. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Service work was satisfactory.

The labor price of $310 for less than 1 hour labor is outrageous and ridiculous
