Anxiety is a natural feeling when shopping for cars on the internet. Who is the buyer or seller? Can they be trusted? I can state without hesitation that Medway Imports is not only trustworthy but Scott and Barry go way beyond in providing accurate and detailed information in a timely manner. They are incredibly connected in the industry - they organized the shipment of my trade-in from the west coast and the shipment of my new car from Medway. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting them face to face, it was as if I knew them from way back. No smoke and mirrors - just straight, honest business people.

Medway imports is my favorite place to buy all my cars and family as well. Scotty Sanders is a master with his knowledge for cars and shows the utmost interest in my needs to finding the best car for my needs. Everyone there is kind and courteous…..

Just picked up a Mustang Mach 1 and could not be happier with how the purchase went. Barry was honest and patient - I never had the sense he was a "hard seller" and the paperwork/financing was very easy. I highly recommend Medway Imports and would definitely consider them for a future purchase.

I have been in the automobile business for almost 30 years and if I could give this place less than 1 star, I certainly would. They may be good on the service side but my experience with the salesman (or whatever he calls himself) Barry made me want to take a long hot shower after I left his filthy showroom. I tried to make an appointment last week to come see the vehicle and he made it clear to that I needed to work around his schedule which included him leaving to go out of town for a couple of days to enjoy some time with his family. They are not open on the weekends so I asked to work with another sales person that could accommodate my schedule and he responded by saying he was the only sales person, I should have run when I had the chance. Not only was he rude, he was extremely condescending and very arrogant. So much so, that he made me feel as if I needed to earn HIS business and not the other way around. Even though they had a very rare car that I really wanted, he would never let me forget it the entire time I was there. I asked him if the vehicle had an Alpine stereo system and he shrugged his shoulders at me as if he didn't give a xxxx and before my test drive, he told me that I couldn't take the coffee that I had in my hand with me. I should have left right there and then but if I didn't really like the car, I wouldn't have wasted the 2 hour drive to get there and back. I tried to give him chance after chance to earn my business but he is just not a nice human being. He gave me a ridiculous number for my trade which I had a couple of yankee candle bars hanging inside of it. He made it very clear to me that HE didn't like the smell of yankee candles and asked me "why do you have those stinky flowers hanging in your car" and that he finds the smell repulsive. What are we in the 1970s? What an idiot! As if I gave a xxxx about his feelings when I was there to drop 50k in his establishment. What a very unpleasant experience. His attitude was horrendous and not once has he even called as if I how him a favor. You are definitely in the wrong business buddy. If he had given me the car for free, I wouldn't give this guy 1 red cent without asking for some change back first. I couldn't be more pleased when I ended up spending more money on purchasing a pre-owned 4xe with 4k miles (and not from Canada). I also got $5,000 more for my trade than his ridiculous offer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Outstanding service. I worked with Alanna and Barry to import a car from Canada to the US they were truly professional from start to finish. There were many complications due to the transport company and car dealership and Alanna and Barry worked through every challenge to make sure it was done right. They were the most reliable part of the entire purchase, transport and import process of buying a car in Canada and getting it to the US. Highly recommended and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Barry and Dan. Truck was exactly as advertised, high quality vehicles and high quality experience. If you see a vehicle on their lot you like you should buy! Thanks Again Barry!

I traveled 2 hours to visit Medway Imports looking for a specific vehicle. I arrived at 9:30 AM and had the vehicle financed and bought by 10:30 AM. They were also helpful enough to locate a transporter for me and had my new vehicle dropped off at my door by 4:30 PM that same day!! Great experience with Dan and Barry. Thank you both.
