I worked with Megan on trading in my old truck for a Newer car!! I currently have an Intoxalock Device in my car. I was worried making the change would be a big hassle, But Megan worked with me to make sure it gone done right. Then when we found out Insurance was too much, Megan Found a different car that fits my needs perfectly. I will definitely Be buying all my cars from Megan from now on . I bought the tire from there couple months ago maybe
I bought the tire from there couple months ago maybe years ago but I got flat tire couple weeks ago and they changed the only one tire and otherwise older and I went on Saturday to talk about that because I have a unbalance on my car and this is not safe so this have to change all four tire because I have a all-wheel-drive and I talk to them and they said I have to buy because I have a warranty and the warranty will not cover so that’s a waste of money with the warranty so the service people are not helpful and I’m not happy with that so I’m not gonna go back to this place anymore

Their service department is a scam. DO NOT GO THERE! They invent excuses for costly repairs and have no good reasons when asked to explain. I brought in my car for an oil change and they charged me for a whole new oil pan when they stripped the threads on the plug, blaming it on an "after market part". If theirs is the "right way" of doing things, NO THANK YOU. I will never go there again.

My name is Ken Anderson I am the Service Director here at Buerkle Honda. I called and left a voice message for you to return my call so we can discuss your review related to the service visit on Saturday. I am unsure as to why you are upset with Buerkle Honda being we have never changed oil on this vehicle. When the drain plug was removed from the engine oil pan to drain the oil there were pieces of metal threads stuck to the drain bolt that came out of the pan. We then advised you of the situation and provided an estimate to repair. There is nothing that Buerkle Honda could have done to prevent or cause the drain pan threads to be coming apart being we were not the facility that installed the drain plug when oil was last changed. Lied on several occasions about costly repairs needed only to have a trusted mechanic at another shop disagree with assessment. Said spark plug cracked, lights on dashboard going off due to use of non factory oil filter, etc. all of which were confirmed to be untrue. My Honda is 2018 with 140,000 miles and very well cared for by one owner. Don’t go to Buerkle for service!

Reviewing the two recent visits you had for diagnosis over the last few months, we aren’t sure how we provided inaccurate information to you – we sincerely apologize if that did occur. The first visit outlined an initial problem with a spark plug in which repairs were recommended, but not performed; the second visit, about 10,000 miles after the first, lead us to continue from our initial diagnosis to locate the underlying cause of failure that requires significant engine work to your vehicle.
