Great car buying experience.
Had been looking for a used car for a granddaughter for several weeks. We stopped by Mike Albert Direct in Evendale. Their cars were road ready, great prices and very clean. Worked with Grant Turner. He worked on getting us the best car at the best price and we did. No pressure to buy and took our time and drove several cars. We will return to Mike Albert Direct on the next car purchase when it is time.

Matt Adelsperger sold us the 2015 Toyota Camry Hyb
Matt Adelsberger sold us our 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid. We are a family that has owned 3 toyota Prius cars and totally believe in the durability. We wanted a larger sedan for our road trips and found this car at Mike Albert. Matt was knowledgable and helpful. He gave us excellent customer service.

Acura MDX - 2014
Our sales rep Matt was very knowledgeable about the car and there was not much haggling back and forth. They cleaned the car really well - topped off the gas tank too! And all this was accomplished on a day the dealership was without any internet. We would purchase another vehicle from Matt!

Good Experience.
I had a good experience with this dealer. I bought a used Toyota Highlander from them, and the pictures and write up they used for the vehicle were spot on, exactly as advertised. I used the USAA car buying service, and between that and this dealer, the experience was painless and quick. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. They tried to sell me a bunch of warranty stuff, but I just declined all that and had a very good experience overall.

VERY happy with our Altima!
My husband and I were in the process of purchasing our first car together. We needed to trade in his old Toyota Camry for a trustworthy car for our daughter. Having visited many dealerships near us in Kentucky prior to this, we were extremely impressed by the service and quality of vehicles at this dealership. They are prior leases so there are a decent amount of miles on these cars, but they are well-maintained and cared for. The service and process of purchasing were phenomenal, based on our past experiences and input from other seasoned car purchasers we spoke with. Our salesman, Grant Turner, made us feel very at ease and was willing to work with us given our tight budget. I don't tend to trust any sales people, but he eased my nerves and made me feel very comfortable when paying upfront for our car. They were patient, and let us test drive as we pleased to be sure we had found a car we were comfortable with. They gave fair value for our trade in considering the work it needed. They were even troopers when entertaining our two year old for hours while we went through all of the logistics!! Overall, and over a month later, I still am very pleased with the decision to purchase from them!

Good prices, rude salesmen
Very good prices due to the nature of their sales. They purchase fleets of vehicles so they are able to offer really good prices. Be prepared for jerk salesmen though. They were all terrible to work with. We only bought the car because of the price, nothing they did to sell it to us. If you want a good price, don't mind being pushed around, then you have come to a good place.

Hoorendous! Liars!! Stay away!
This place is the absolute worst ever! My husband and I purchased our Corolla in January. Really nice car! We were very happy with it. Not so happy with the sales guy talking politics for over an hour and much of what he had to say was very offensive. That should have been our warning sign to run for dear life! We were told our first payment was due in 30 days on the 20th of each month and that we would receive our title in 30-45 days. All was fine but as we got closer to the due date of our first payment there was no correspondence from a finance company or a title. We called Darell and were told there was a problem with one of the papers so we had to come in and redo everything. They told us the payments would be less, same due date and we would get the title. First payment is now due in March. March 20 came and went and again no title and nothing from a finance company. I called Darell to tell him about my plates which were expiring and he was supposed to look into it and get right back to me. Five days later I called him and the first thing he says is he has been trying to get in touch with me, which is a lie because I have no voicemails from him or missed calls. He puts me through to John in finance who informed us that the bank does "welcome calls" and just like Darell couldn't get me neither could the bank so they said the loan has to be completely resubmitted and approved again. So now this time it's me not being able to be reached. Last time it was a paper that wasn't signed. I wonder if they even have a title to give us. Something is not right with this deal! I have no missed calls or voicemails from a bank at all and as many cars as I've bought, never once have I heard of a call in place of a bank sending paperwork. It's also interesting that my husband never received one of these welcome calls either since his number is listed as an alternative. Come on Darell and John!! That's about the worst lie ever!
