Dennis Cook was my sales rep. Great guy. He did all that he communicated he would do. I live in Tenn and Mike Albert Sales is a 5 1/2 drive but it was worth it. The car is as advertised, low mileage, very competitive price and clean. Very happy with the decision to go to Mike Albert Sales.

I called Mike Albert sales to ask what kind of used cars were available for purchase because we had rented from them for years and always had a great experience. I spoke with Matt Adelsperger, who told me about a great Toyota Highlander with lower mileage and I set up a time to come in and look at it the next day. When I arrived with my husband, Matt had the car inside their heated garage (it was cold outside) and he had every door open on the car as well as the hood, so we could see literally every detail in it. He then took the time (on a Saturday) to stay with us and answer every question we had and also told us about many features on the car that we were not aware of. It was clear that he was familiar with the car, inside and out. Although we had come to just look, we decided to purchase the car that day. Matt made the experience very easy and stress free, which I appreciated, because I wasn't looking forward to the process of purchasing at all. He was very professional and I feel like he really "went the extra mile" to make the whole thing move quickly and smoothly. I would definitely return to Mike Albert and purchase another vehicle from Matt in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Grant Turner is an experienced sales consultant. He welcomed us as we came through the door and helped us every step of the way. When we asked him specifics about the vehicle, he researched until he found them. I was pleasantly surprised how well this company and their associates treat their sales customers, which is actually their secondary business to their commercial lease operations. Grant Turner is an exceptionally professional and polite gentleman who I intend to consult in the future.

My used car buying experience with Mike Albert was excellent. They sell clean used fleet vehicles and other cars. This is not one of the SUPER volume dealerships in Cincinnati, and the salespeople take their time to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle(s) you are wanting to look at.
