You can buy a car anywhere but you can’t buy service and integrity. When my wife and I buy a vehicle we also look for value. More importantly we look for service. We are conscientious and demanding consumers and Luke, Scott, and Andrew exceeded normal expectations on the service they provided on the Nissan Pathfinder that we just bought. They showed that integrity and customer satisfaction are a priority and we very much appreciate everything they did to send us home as very satisfied customers. Luke Frost and the team at Mike Albert Sales are top notch, I travel for work and was looking for a new commuter car, but I was very specific in what I was looking for, I just happen to be passing thru Cincinnati and they had one I was interested in. I had previously spoken with Luke before ever arriving at the dealership, and he was fantastic to answer any questions I might have had. When I arrived it was a cold snowy day, and Luke had the car cleaned off and warmed up, I did a pretty through inspection of the engine bay fluids, and a walk around to find the car was in fantastic condition. We then went on a decent test drive, and I was sold on the vehicle. I had a pre approval for credit from Capital One, but they worked hard to get me a lower rate from. another lender. The finance office was quick, as the deal was thrown together, with a no haggle price, it was already below book, but the lifetime powertrain warranty made it an extreme value. I was a bit disappointed that the finance manager pushed a bumper to bumper warranty pretty hard when from the get go, I told him I wasnt interested, as he attempted to make me "feel bad" that I wasnt purchasing it. I didnt let this bother me, as ive been in car sales and know how they can make or break a deal. They got the car cleaned up, handed the keys off, and Luke even assisted me with holding the car for a few days while I got an auto transporter to pickup the car. I suggest anyone looking for a legitimate review of an honest, clean, car dealer to look no further than Mike Albert and Luke Frost.

I was looking for a late, 2018 or 19 Toyota Camry on Consumer Reports and found a beautiful 2018 Toyota Camry L with 51k miles. I typed in my phone number and within 5 minutes received a call from Tony at Mike Albert Sales & Service. I asked if I could take the Camry for a test drive, "Of Course" we will have it ready within the hour. I drove up to Evendale and met with Justin Gruen a sales consultant in the parking lot. After a few minutes of paperwork we were in the car and Justin explained the controls and advanced features not on my 2007 Subaru Outback. We took the Camry out on the road and the car was a joy to drive, I was sold. Then back to the office where we worked out a price and some other details. I explained that I had rented a car from Enterprise, Justin said "no problem, just leave the keys with me and I make sure they come pick it up. About 90 minutes later I was driving a new (to me) 2018 Camry L home enjoying every mile of the drive. The detail job was amazing it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. The service was and has been great with some follow up questions I had. Worked with Matt Adelsperger and the team at Mike Alberts to purchase a 2018 Ford Escape. Matt treats you like family in trying to get you the right fit of vehicle. I was very pleased when I drove off the lot. Even though a used vehicle, it looked new and road wonderfully. I would recommend Matt and Mike Alberts in the future for purchasing or renting vehicles.

Had a great experience at Mike Albert. Spoke online with Tony about a Kia Forte before coming to give it a test drive. Car was in a much better condition than most of the used cars I’ve looked at in Cincinnati, and Luke Frost was very friendly and informative. Price was great also! Just purchased a car for my son for graduation from UC. Everyone at Mike Albert made this purchased the easiest i've ever experienced.Our salesman Matt Adelsperg made us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience.After the purchase, he walked us out and took pics of my son with his new car.
