Robert was very helpful throughout this process. My husband & I had a lease ending and wanted to take a look at some SUV's. After visiting a couple of dealers we made a purchase here. They whole process only took a few hours, and all of the guys were very helpful. The car was detailed, and ready to go in those few hours. I just think that they should fill a gas tank completely when selling a car to someone, but that is my only major complaint.

I had the best experience working with both J.J and Sean. With a limited budget after my auto accident both these wonderful men made it possible for me to purchase a great used car on my budget. We visited the dealership on a Sunday expecting it to be closed so we could look around at the cars without salespeople but it was open and we met Donnie. Donnie was great as he explained the several new Mazda cars, the improvements from my previous two Mazda cars and recent history of Mazda as a company. He gave us the facts and was very helpful. Pleasant to speak with and not pushy. We went home did some further research and decided to make the purchase from Donnie. Process went smoothly. We had a trailer hitch added after the purchase at the service department of the dealership and that went well also. Highly recommend Donnie and the dealership. A pleasant car buying experience. Also, met with Finance and he was also very pleasant and obtained us a great deal.

Kenny was great- friendly and professional. I got excellent customer service. I was in and out quickly, and the process was easy and actually enjoyable. I got a great price on a used vehicle that looks like new and am very happy with it!

Robert was an excellent salesman! He was so helpful, knowledgable and patient! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I bought a used car that was in perfect condition for a great price. They really worked with me to get this car for a cost I could afford. The service department made sure that it was just like new. The detail guy rewashed the car for me even though it was already perfect and they made signing the paperwork fast and easy. If you're looking for a used or new car definitely ask for Robert! I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am!

I had a wonderful overall experience at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville when I traded in my car. I was provided enough knowledge on the mazda brand (which i was not familiar with) to make a good decision for my family and our new SUV. Donnie was friendly and helpful on my first visit which was just to get the value for my trade in. He steered me in the direction of the best vehicle per my requests. I did not buy initially and went to other dealerships that were no where near as personal or informative. When I went back to buy the car from Donnie he put in the extra time on his day off to make the buying process happen quickly. Daniel worked diligently with the banks to help me get the payment I needed. He was also friendly and fair to me and made me feel like I was getting the best deal I could. I even had a friendly conversation with the man that detailed my car at the end. I would recommend anyone to start their car search here with Donnie and you will see how smoothly it can be done! I am in sales myself and I know I can personally be somewhat difficult to deal with during a buying process; but I never once felt like the staff felt that I was being less than kind, fair and hardworking towards all my needs. I was extremely impressed with how quick they were able to get us completely thru the whole process. From the time that we arrived on-site to do the test drive until we were driving off the lot with the new car was 2 hours total. Never in my life have I bought a car and the whole process went that fast. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional, from my sales person Donnie Grant, to the Dealer Mgr.
