Rich always does a fantastic job taking care of my oil service. He’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely great to work with—professional, personable, and dependable every time. Not sure who’s genius ideas was it to do the automated bot booking but it never works. I book my appointment and me Rich laugh together when I approve that I’m not on his list for appointments. I truly hope you’re not paying for that CRO because it’s trash. Huge thank you to Rich for squeezing me in twice now.

Two other dealers I worked with either couldn't find me the car I wanted or tried adding extra unnecessary fees.
