Satisfied Customer

I recently took in my used Acura to be checked out at your dealership. Its the first time I have ever owned an Acura and the first time I have gone to your dealership. I'm pretty sure you already know this but I personally wanted to let you know of the great guys you have working in your service department. The way they helped and treated was as if I had been a long time customer. They made me feel like family and listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I would like to take the time to thank you for having such great guys in your service department (Alan, Mark, Josh, and Ed).

No follow up

I bought a pre-owned Acura TSX from Thomas Acura in June 2013. I followed up with a thank you note but surprisingly never heard back from the salesman. About a year later I contacted him about a service question but never heard back. Recently I contacted him about trading in the car for a new TLX but again never heard back from him. (He's still listed in the company directory.) I also spoke to an internet representative. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted so I asked if they could locate one. She never got back to me. Don't they want to sell cars?

bad service appoinment

I made appointment for service recall to replace defective A/C compressor clutch bolt. I took my Acura MDX to the center on the appointment date. When I reached Thomas Acura , The service manager, Joshua Kramer, informed me that the bolt was not available, They did not attempt to call me to let me know it was not available. I think the Acura Thomas has no respect for customers, I wasted the whole afternoon to go there and wasted my gas. I will never go back to this place again. 8/17/2015

Poor Service

Very Impressed

I have never had a better experience at a car dealership. The staff was not pushy at all....so much different from most dealerships that just tell you what they think you want to hear in order to make the sale. I was greeted by Ian Thomas, who went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated when I said I'd like some help. He introduced me to Jessica; she was very helpful and followed through by notifying me on all the information I needed to know. Every member of the staff that I encountered greeted me and made me feel like a priority. From start to finish, this purchase was uncomplicated and surprisingly enjoyable.

I recently bought Pre-Owned 2013 Acura RDX, the buying process was pretty easy and I have to mention about Rich and Dennis (sales) for their help in the whole process and Dennis's help on getting me lower interest rates. It was worth driving from South California.

great deal!!!

Came to acura to purchase a new ilx and had one of the best and easiest experience in buying a new car. I contacted Acura online and received immediate response from Jessica and Chris. Visiting the dealership on saturday, I was able to tell chris exactly what I wanted and with a little negotiating I was able to make a deal and get my beautiful 2014 ilx. Overall great customer service, Chris is an awesome salesman and Lashon who handle my paperwork was a pleasure to conversate with.Overall process was about three hours. Great place to buy your new Acura :)
