Don't go to Autobahn service if you're female
I had a minor issue with the MBrace in my new to me, under warranty, ML350. Mbrace told me I needed to have the software updated at a dealership. I made an appointment at the nearest dealership, Autobahn, and they were able to see me the same day, which was really unexpected and I was impressed. When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, however, I was not on their schedule. As the service advisor tried to sort things out he was unbelievably condescending... Some highlight; "Did your husband make the appointment, and your at the wrong dealership?" "I think your confused. Of course the Mbrace doesn't work, you don't have a subscription." He was antagonistic and rude. He even denied that the number I called to make the appointment was for Autobahn. I had to show him the phone number I called via my iPhone, and the Autobahn website to prove that the number I called to make the appointment was legitimate.... this went on for a long time. Eventually, I was able to prove who I spoke with, and further prove that my vehicle was under warranty until 2021. I almost left. The issue was fixed, at no charge, as I was promised on the phone a few hours earlier. The shuttle service was nice and professional. The service advisor called me to say that they were able to resolve the issue with the Mbrace programming, and he apologized for being difficult. OK. I'm good with that. I could let it drop, though would likely never go back to Autobahn. When I arrived at the Autobahn to pick up my car, the service advisor came out to meet me. He asked me to start the car, and check the button. It appeared to be working. Then, his parting remark, "That wasn't covered under your warranty, we just decided to absorb the cost." Way to make make me feel like a jerk! I'll never go back to Autobahn. I'll drive the extra hour to the Marin dealership.

The Service Manager called me to make things right. I made a mistake in terminology in my original review and referred to the "Service Advisor" as the "Service Manager". I have corrected that error. I apologize for the mistake and regret undue repercussions to for the Service Manager, with whom I did not have any interactions. To restore some level of comfort and confidence in Autobahn, the Service Manager offered to detail my car at the time of my choosing. I am grateful for the phone call and the gesture. Thank you.

I have purchased 5 Mercedes from this dealership, all the way back to when they were Autohaus Brugger. You only come back if it has been a good experience, and purchasing a Mercedes here, has always been a good experience !

2014 EE ? 250 blue-tec
I took my car in for an oil change. The website said I have to pay $190.95. The bill came to almost $393. I requested a loaner car of which I did not get. I was told the wait would be 2 to 3 hours. It took six hours. Then I requested the shuttle to come at 3 o'clock and it didn't show up until approximately 4:30 PM. I have a disability, so mobility is a challenge. My car has devices to ward off deer on the interstate 280, and I lost one of those so I had to wait even longer to pick up my car. The previous time I took my car in for service I requested a loaner car, my account was billed for one, but I never received one. Instead, I waited for hours again in the waiting room this time. I did not buy this car there, but I bought my previous one there. I don't plan on going back for service. Fortunately, there are other options about the same distance from my home.
