Kundert Volvo

I went in for first yearly service. Had appointment for drop off. Showed up on time and waited 30 minutes to be attended for 30 seconds to process and go. Wifey waiting for me not too happy either.

Everyone from our sales guy Jay, to Erin and Mr Kundert were all fantastic. Super personal, did their absolute best to get us what we wanted at the price we wanted. We never felt any pressure or traditional "sell". My wife who hates everything cars/dealers/salespeople was happy and at ease which (believe me) is saying a lot! Thanks Kundert!

Jay was a pleasure to deal with and a refreshing change of pace from every car salesperson I have dealt with! He was honest and upfront and there were no games played. I told him what I was looking for and he came to me with the best offer he could give. He didn't play the usual back and forth between customer, salesperson and manager. Also, he is extremely knowledgable about the cars and great about showing my wife and myself the ins and outs of the car! I can't recommend him enough!

Even if you are 1st time car buyers, you walk in with all the information about the car. Its really matter of the sales person to make it easier for you. Bernie was honest, he worked with the price closer to what he said over the phone and made it all simple. From initially reaching out to the dealership for inquiries to servicing my vehicle, every step of the way has been a pleasant experience. Every person I've dealt with has been courteous, professional and affable. That could be a salesperson or the guy who is washing down the cars. You don't feel like a number at Kundert. You feel as if they want you to be part of the family and that's exactly how I feel. I used to dread having to go to any dealership in order to purchase and / or service my vehicle. That simply isn't the case here. You don't feel like you're being swindled. You feel like you're being looked after. In today's society that's a huge compliment. If you have any inkling at buying or leasing a Volvo, Kundert should be your first stop. You likely won't have to go anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the work done on my Volvo during its 75,000 mile check. I feel like I have a brand new start and it is ready to get on the road with confidence and performance.

From the first time on the phone with Yasmeen to the final signatures with their marvelous finance department, I knew they had me covered. I have never before felt that sense of comfort buying a car and at 56 years of age I’ve bought many. First they took the time to find the exact car I wanted. Then they followed up with me by text and email. Then they left me alone. I looked at six other cars in the meantime and their price was always the same 5-600.00 less. So I called them back. Not an ounce of pressure. Just good natured conversations and joking around. They found a couple of small details in my credit situation and showed me how to finance the car so my score will rise 150 points. The only thing they could have done better is pay for my car themselves. They declined that particular offer but I’m still their newest life-long customer. My Mom is coming up in July to look at Volvos because of the way they treated me. Honestly, you should too!! Thank you, Kundert!!! ??
