Buyer beware
Terrible experience, shady and dishonest, do not buy from them. They show one price then add all these extra items, you did not agree to. They wear you down waiting then rush you out without disclosing all paperwork.

I purchased my G6 Pontiac new from Wyler Eastgate and have taken it there for service for years. Almost every time we take it in for service and now years later for repairs something is wrong. We had a repair done three years ago and now having problems again. Now they say it is a different issue, of course they say the starter also needs to be replaced, never had any problem at all with it. They lied and stated the repair person couldn't get it started and another person the nest day had a problem! Wow! If it has NEVER caused us any issues and no sounds from it, big lie! Every time we took our Toyota in over the years we had the same problems, making repairs that didn't fix the original problems. We never walked away without it costing us no less than $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 on either car. We just go our G6 back and will not allow them to repair it, we paid the diagnostic fee and will take it somewhere else. And the man that pulled our car around for us to pick it up, he didn't pull it up to my husband, he pulled in between two lanes of parked cars and left it for my husband to go get out himself. He didn't even smile at my husband handing him the keys back, how rude and nasty to make it difficult to back his car out to leave, but he must think it is funny! This is why most people I work with, family and friends don't do business with any Jeff Wyler group, they have to "create" repairs to get in your pockets. That is why we purchased our recent Toyota from Beechmont Toyota, they really do have great service and no "gimmicks"!

Terrible Experience - Shady Behaviors
This is directed at the Eastgate Used car dealership. I drove up 2 hours to come look at a vehicle. Met with Gary (sales rep) who was new but a good salesman (wasn't pushy). Then came time to make a deal on the car and things went sour fast. The first offer they gave me was $470 in payments, only 27,000 for my truck (easily worth 32k) and they were adding over $2000 in Covid-19 cleaning fees. That is right, $2000!!!! Then they also had the audacity to charge a $995 destination fee for a car that was traded into them. Like how the xxxx are you going to charge someone for moving it 10 feet to a different parking spot. I was about to walk out then and there but they said well hold on lets see what we can do. They come back and they are at $330, then $300, then $275, and finally $244 is what I get to. It was a stressful and terrible experience. They also tell me that because my truck value is worth more than the car I'm buying that I wouldn't have to pay taxes. I questioned this multiple times but they assured me this was the case. We end up making a deal and I take the car home. The very next day I get a call saying that I would indeed be liable for the taxes on the car. I told them to just forget the deal, bring my truck back and pick up the car. Not only did I waste my vacation time to go do this, which ended up being an 8 hour ordeal. Now I'm working on getting my $2000 back that I put down. They didn't even notify the account manager that it needed to be refunded. This place is ABSOLUTELY SLEAZY as xxxx. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Customer service is just not a pleasant experience at Mazda service. Yesterday, my wife pulled into the check-in area. A service person came out, barely greeted her and said he'd be right back. It was several minutes and by that time I had arrived to pick up my wife. I went into the desk area and had to wait a while longer. When the service person finally arrived I asked him why he hadn't returned. His answer was "I was busy." No apology whatsoever for it taking longer than expected. He asked if I had an appointment and I replied "yes" and told him my name. Then he asked what brought me in. I had made the appointment online and my record should have included exactly what I was there for. If not, then why offer the online option? This is just the latest unpleasant encounter. The last 3-4 times I've needed service I've encountered similar attitudes. The service advisors are less than personable and the actual servicing of my vehicle is very slow. Yesterday it was nearly an hour for just an oil change and a change of wiper blades. The previous time I dropped my car off for a morning appointment and asked to be called when it was ready - with the impression it would be just a couple of hours or so. Later in the afternoon, I had received no call with an update. I finally called and was told that they got it in late and it would be the next day before it would be ready. Got it in late???? I had an appointment! What if I would have decided to wait? I was clearly taken advantage of because I dropped it. And why not a courtesy call to explain the delay? I'm pretty fed up. The only reason I return is that I like Mazda people working on my car. However, I'm not sure it's worth the manner in which I'm treated there.

Liars and Cheats
Shame on me for letting my guard down. Bought a new Kia K5. Was on website with a $600 discount and additional rebates. Test drove vehicles and found one. Worked the deal. I was talking to the finance guy about another dealer and how I felt uneasy. "Oh we are very upfront and don't do stuff like that". I relaxed, these guys seem like straight shooters. I should have known better when he came in and tried to charge me $149 for nitrogen inflation on the tires. I can go to any Tire Discounters and get it done free. Then it was $599 for a pulsing brake light. I don't want any of that. Then some sort of other stuff. I just want the car. We get an out the door price. All my discounts are applied right? Yes sir ! I got there around 10:30 or so now it's 2:30 I'm hungry and dizzy from not eating all day. I finally get to finance and they made a mistake on taxes so price goes up a couple hundred bucks. No big deal people make mistakes, I get it. I sign the paper work quickly and go. Again, my mistake. I get home and see the advertised $600 discount isn't applied and they slid in the $599 brake light. My fault for not checking closer on the brake light. I went back this morning, eight hours after I picked up car. Hey guys I'm sure it was a mistake, but you didn't give me the $600 discount that's advertised with this car.(I showed them the print out from their website) Well sir, you didn't buy any accessories so there is no discount. I replied well you snuck in this $599 pulsing brake light. Sir we did that at cost we can't loose money on the car. It's a $30 part that takes 10 minutes to install, it's on you tube. I was willing to pay for the stupid brake light out of my own stupidity as a compromise. He goes and talks to Kelly King the sales manger(this guy was Rob). We will take off $600 but your going to pay $149 for nitrogen. I didn't want any accessories, I told you this when I bought the car plus you screwed up the taxes that cost me $200 more. I can't fix taxes that's illegal he said. All I want for you to do is give me the discount you told me I was getting. You didn't buy accessories so there is no discount. Fine and I left. I didn't come in with an attitude or screaming and yelling. I just wanted them to honor their word. I'm a straight commissioned sales person and would never treat a customer this way. If I make a mistake, I eat it, even if it cost me money. In the long run I make it back for doing the right thing. My wife liked a car they had, but no way in xxxx we buy there. Jeff Wyler Kia is crooked and does not honor their adds. Watch out when you sit down to do your deal. Trying to charge $149 for nitrogen.? Seriously!!!!! Shame on me, I should have walked out. Make sure you have the sticker in front of you and double check everything. These guys are crooks. I should have drove to the dealer in Lexington, but I wanted to deal locally and support local business because I thought I would get better service and treatment. Jeff Wylers organization will never see another penny of my money. I brought the car home and parked it in the garage. I can't even stand to look at it now. Thanks guys for sucking the joy out of getting a new car guys.
