Tony was very helpful and I was wanting at kia sorento. However after test driving a Nissan Rogue I fell in love. Happy owner of a New 2015 Nissan Rogue. My first new car and they made it happen for us. Totally recommend this dealership and salesman Tony Steigert

Excellent new car purchasing experience
We were able to purchase a new suv to replace a high mileage vehicle which failed suddenly. We tested two different vehicles and made our choice. The sales rep was courteous and helpful without pressure or gimmicks. This was one of the our most pleasant car purchasing experiences.

The staff was very dedicated in finding a vehicle and obtaining the price I could afford. From the salesman to the manager and back, the experience was very positive. Service department has taken care of both vehicles with prompt and knowledgeable assistance

Great service with great ending results
I came into the Kia dealership, with an idea of what I was wanting in a new car. Before we even made it into the store, we were greeted by Tanner, who was very willing to help and endured my family's crazy questions. I was able to test two different vehicles before making my choice. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase and with the help I received. All of the customer service was fantastic, and I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone!

I want to make it VERY clear that I am rating ONLY my dealings with JASON MOORE (I was unable to locate his name on the employee listing). He is very personable and a great service department employee to work with. All of the 5-star ratings are for HIM whether or not directly applicable--in fact I have no idea who serviced the vehicle nor did I catch the name of the cashier; I have no idea whether the service is going to prevent some hacker from taking over my vehicle's computer. There was no charge for the "safety recall". Jason makes me feel that he has done his best to get my vehicle in and out as quickly and as painlessly as possible. He seems genuinely concerned with my opinion of his efforts to take care of my problem(s)/concern(s). If not for him, and the fact that my vehicle is still under warranty, I would have no particular loyalty to Jeff Wyler.

CASEY WAS VERY GOOD IN HELPING ME PICK A SMALL SUV AWD.
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERN HE DESERVES A PERFEST 10. THE DEEP EXPRESSO COLOR I HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLEMENTS ON IT AND I LOVE MY CHERROLET TRAX.

Used car purchase
Our salesperson, Sam, was great. We needed to find a car for our college age boy to drive and Sam was committed to help us by searching the entire lot for all the options. Because Jeff Wyler Eastgate Used car lot is so large we thought Sam would have given up, but he stayed with us and we found the car. Sam also provided great insight by helping us eliminate vehicles that would likely not work out for our son. I Highly recommend Sam at the Jeff Wyler Eastgate Used Car lot.
