stopped in to see what some of the used cars were going for. Left with a car. Jake did an excellent job. I really felt comfortable with him. He seemed honest and trustworthy. If they keep hiring salesman like Jake I'll keep coming back.

So many negatives it's hard to know where to start. The VW diesel warranty stuff is a challenge every time I go in. For some reason it takes 2 hours to fill the DEF tank. I also have to explain what the warranty covers, because apparently their training is nonexistent. I was quoted $2000 for a brake job that other shops in town will do for 1/2 of that. No loaner cars like Thompson and other GM service depts I've used in the past. Perhaps you'll have a different experience if you drive your Porsche in, but for me - they've convinced me not to buy any other VW vehicles unless I move elsewhere.

Phillip was great! He showed me every car on the lot that would fit our needs and let me take my time deciding. He was very patient answering all my questions. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

I had to bring in my Jetta because of the Volkswagen recall. When I called, they were able to get me in on the day I requested. They had me in and out of the building in less than an hour. They washed my car before they gave it back to me. It made it look like new again! I was very happy with my service.

Mike kept me updated on status of my repair, always been very good on educating me on issues and options. I have very high level of trust in the service team.

NO PRESSURE from sales, Good product, cars were clean and Jacob Riess spent a lot of time with us and made buying a car fun!!! We were shopping for a good used car but wound up buying a new Tiguan Limited.
