Steve in Used Cars was very helpful in my purchase of a 2010 Town and Country. The van was extremely clean and functioning great, and the only minor thing was worn wiper blades - which he replaced himself....in the rain, instead of me having to wait for an available tech! Steve helped with sorting out all the financing options and got me a great financing package, and showed me around the service area. Its been about 3 weeks now and we love the van - thanks Steve and Milosch's Palace Chrysler.

Steve was very attentive, friendly, not pushy and if he didn't know something he would get someone who did. From the time we called to the short drive there, he had the vehicle washed and ready for us with our name on it. Bogdan in financing was also very nice and got us in and out.

Purchasing the car was fast and the used car salesman was super nice. However the day after I bought it I needed a new radio, which they did for free so whatever. Then a couple months later I needed the transmission pan replaced and ball joints done. My car has been there 5 full days still not done. Not only is it not finished but I had to call and ask what's going on sense it was supposed to be done today and its already 2 p.m. This is the 3rd time taking it in sense I bought it 4 months ago. Certified pre owned doesn't mean anything they don't like at anything and they do not care about customers.

I showed up at Milosch's Palace Chrysler Dodge Jeep unannounced at 9:00am on a Tuesday morning looking for a Certified Pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I went into the office I was greeted by Steve. He had four Grand Cherokees that fit what I was looking for and he took the time to show me each one. He talked about the pros & cons, answer all my questions, and gave me a few tips to think about. There was no pressure through the entire process, he listened to my thoughts, and after short time we sealed the deal. He managed all of the plate transfer & insurance setup, and found a lender with a great interest rate. In less than 24 hours the car was ready. We contacted Steve at the Palace dealership and from the start had a very pleasant experience buying our vehicle. He set up an appointment with us but explained he would be a little busy with another customer. As we waited, he gave our children popcorn and water, as well as showing us a playroom to ease the stress of keeping them entertained. He worked tirelessly that evening after the showroom was closed and explained the whole process in which we were going through to get our suv. The next day we were able to contact our new lender and set up a new date to close on the deal. Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked very quickly as we were able to pick up our vehicle just over the weekend. I was shopping for a Dodge Nitro, they had a couple I was interested in. Steve Romolino was my sales person and very patient with me as I was making my decision and test driving the rides.

When trying to find a deal ship that is honest, hard working and go the extra mile let face it they are not easy to come by. Last year when I was getting ready to deploy I bought a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck from them and I will say that the whole experience to include financing was the best experience. I left knowing my wife and children had a reliable vehicle. We had turned in my lease knowing that we have some time to save for a large down payment; however my savings was cut short as I returned 6 months early from my deployment due to injury. Well after going 8 months with one car I tried to get another car from the local area where I am stationed. This was not a good experience as the deal ships around military installations take advantage of soldiers because they think they can. Knowing the experience we had in Michigan at Milosch we gave them a call. Again Amazing, they were able to get us into a car we wanted at the price we wanted. I was talking with used car salesman Steve Romolino and he went over and above to help us get into what we wanted. The line of communication between him and I was fantastic. He was able to work it out for my father in-law to pick up my car so that they could bring it out to me on their Christmas trip. There are not enough words to say how much I enjoy working with Milosch. The only thing I can say is no matter where I am at this is going to be the dealership I will work with, even if it means I have to spend a little more out of pocket to come and pick up my car or have it delivered.
