I recently purchased a new vehicle from Land Rover Hinsdale, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. My sales consultant, Dan Gallovitch, and Kevin Jacobs, the Center Manager, were incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions without pressure and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly quick. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Even the finance team made things easy to understand. I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale.

Sam and Kevin helped me out on my purchase.

Sam and Kevin helped me out on my purchase. Customer service was amazing and I didn't feel any pressure at all from them. I think I got a great deal too and am very happy with my decision. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be back when the time is right.

Probably the most pleasant car buying experience you can

Probably the most pleasant car buying experience you can get! Kevin runs a really nice dealership and got me set up with with Dan right away. Dan was incredibly friendly and kept me updated along the way while we ordered and waited for my car. Devon made the financial part really enjoyable. Highly recommend purchasing your car from Hinsdale LR.

Probably the best Land Rover/Jaguar dealership i hsve

Probably the best Land Rover/Jaguar dealership i hsve ever been to. Personally its all about the staff and particularly Agnes Landowski. She listens. She is attentive and she gets things done! I don't think i will ever buy a car from anywhere else.

I purchased a pre owned vehicle for my wife and was

I purchased a pre owned vehicle for my wife and was assured it went through a thorough inspection. Two weeks after purchasing it my wife got a flat tire and was stranded because there is no spare tire because the car was designed to use run flat tires. The wrong non run flat tires were on the vehicle. Totally unsafe! The salesman was no help, claimed the tires were at a safe level and the general manager never returned my call. Currently my wife is driving around my children in an unsafe $33000 car. Please beware as their safety inspections aren’t very safe.

Purchased a new Range Rover on October 29, 2024; Devon

Purchased a new Range Rover on October 29, 2024; Devon their guy in the box entered the wrong amount the check was written through the check system. Asked me to wire the money in which I did. The check cashed and went through my account. They are worried the check will Bounce but the funds already went through and came out of my bank. They still owe my $10,000 as of November 26. They are horrible in communication and on numerous times told me I would get my money back. At one point they told me I would receive it back electronically Another time they told me they would bring it to me directly and another time they told me they would overnight it. Do you guys not have the money in your account to give it back or is it just a face that you guys are showing but do not have money to pay me my money?
