I called to confirm that the car i was looking at on cars.com is available, just because i dont leave close by, they put me on hold, checked and said yes its here. I drove an hour to get there to purchase the vehicle, in the meantime I did the appraisal online for my trade in and when I got there was told the car is actually sold. What a waste of time. They didn't even try to accommodate by offering another vehicle

Beautiful experience, Alan helped with everything and made it simple and easy. He never wasted our time or nothing very friendly guy and friendly staff.
