Awesome Dealership!

Easy, Fast & No Games

Chris Dewitt was fantastic to work with. I told him what I wanted and needed and he listened. There was no games and over the top sales pitches like "going to make you a crazy deal". There was no running back and forth between the manager that wastes a client's valuble time. Highly reccommend this gentleman to anyone who wants a honest individual who wants his customer to leave happy and satisfied

Easiest Car Buying Experience

From the first phone call to driving away in our new Honda Civic we had an excellent experience with Chris DeWitt and Dick Brooks Honda. He found the car I requested, as he said they would. It arrived on time, on the day he said it would. It was well worth the drive to their dealership, no sitting around waiting. They were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to do business with.

Buy new Honda Accord.

Chris DeWitt did a great job in getting the right car for me. The whole process went very fast and smoothly! Did not have the car I wanted, but he found one for me quickly. Thanks for being so efficient.

Great buying experience at Dick Brooks Honda!

My wife and I just leased two Hondas (Pilot and CRV) from Dick Brooks Honda. The customer service experience was absolutely Top Notch! We had the pleasure of working with Chris DeWitt. We enthusiastically recommend both the dealership and Chris!

Very professional

The entire service experience I had from scheduling to completion was the best I have ever had at any car dealership. Staff was courteous and thorough and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

Great severice

Worked very hard to get the exact van my wife wanted. They even remembered my sons names after the first day meeting them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

Good Service

I worked with Tim Vath. He has sold us 2 Honda's in the last 3 months, Very Nice and easy to deal with. he showed me how to setup my phone and all the other features.

Erik Kleinknecht's kindness and service to my family

In late May my family and I were returning from a beach vacation heading back to Cincinnati, Ohio when the battery light came on. I stopped and bought an alternator then abruptly got a speeding ticket in my Odysee. My son got sick in the van, and on a holiday weekend we were just not sure when and how we would get the van fixed. After getting denied by one dealership my wife spoke to Erik who told us to get off the highway and come straight in. It was lunch time when we arrived, and knowing our story Erik provided us a car, trash bag in case my son got sick again, and paper towels. He told us to go get some lunch and relax. While doing that he himself assisted in working on the van, and after three last minute hard hours he had us back on the road. Erik bent a few rules to save our family from disaster, and the kindness he and the entire staff showed us is a story I have told many times and will never forget. It was a Saturday and they were busy, but we became the priority, and our experience with Erik is why we will always be Honda owners. Thank you to Erik and the staff at Dick Brooks!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new Odyssey van. The Dick Brooks team is so c.

The Dick Brooks team are so customer focused they make car buying a pleasant and easy experience. I have bought several vehicles there and I am never disappointed in either the vehicle or the service. Chris DeWhitt is great to work with.
