The Bob Bell salesman was friendly, courteous and very helpful. He went out of his way to accomodate our busy schedule and offered us a good price on the vehicle. The entire experience was very positive.

Other dealers were trying to sell me a car from their inventory. John Sandalis went out of his way to find me the car that I was looking for. He found probably the only 2013 on the East coast that met my needs. I had the car the next day. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism that I received from the Bob Bell staff on Eastern Ave in Baltimore.
