Each visit after service is completed and paperwork and
Each visit after service is completed and paperwork and keys are given to the service personnel; the suggested or recommended services are declined it takes the service person a long period of time to finalize things and bring the keys and paperwork to t by e cashier. Also, EVERYTIME when the car is received the seat is reclined. That needs to stop ASAP.
