1 hour and 15 min. to replace put new tire on car and tire was not put in the position requested

Each visit after service is completed and paperwork and keys are given to the service personnel; the suggested or recommended services are declined it takes the service person a long period of time to finalize things and bring the keys and paperwork to t by e cashier. Also, EVERYTIME when the car is received the seat is reclined. That needs to stop ASAP.

Previous customer. I needed my oil change right away and they found me a spot on the schedule same day.
