Would not recommend the dealer for service station....

Would not recommend the dealer for service station. Maintenance technicians struggled to remove and install a simple skid plate on underside of Toyota truck. Technicians also left my oil reservoir low on oil. Oil level wouldn’t even register on dip stick, I had to add a quart of oil.

Good fast service and easy appointment

I tried the other Dodge dealer but couldn't get an appointment for over 3 weeks for a simple oil change. Miller got me in pretty much immediately. Good Job !

Service

This was my first visit to this dealership in Tucson, and Kelly was a real pleasure to work with. She made sure I understood the cost of my service before the work began so there were no surprises. Additionally, I reported an issue for my Radio and although it is not in her area of responsibility, she put me in touch with the people who can help me. Also, the oil change and differential fluid change took about 30 minutes to complete. Absolutely recommend this team for your service needs.

Routine maintenance and lift gate repair

I arrived just before my set appointment time. I was emailed and option to do a virtual check in or meet with advisor. I opted for meeting with advisor. Samuel Miller greeted me with a good morning and asked what was the nature of my appointment. In no time he ran the diagnostics, took the odometer reading, double checked my extended warranty to cover repairs and the oil change tire rotation package. I returned to pick up my vehicle and Samuel offered me a water took my payment and my vehicle was pulled up to the front. Excellent customer service and I didnt have to spend any time waiting! Thanks again Samuel and service team.
