Leasing Accord LX
I did my shopping on line. Pam Wilson was "Johnny on the spot" to answer all my many questions. When I did my onsite appointment, Nichole was right there to show me the vehicle and get all the information I asked for. When I picked up the car, Nichole was again right on time and everything was ready for me which I really appreciated. When I met with the finance department all the figures were as represented with no surprises unlike other dealers where I inquired.

Great customer service! Martin is awesome!
We have been customers of Honda and this dealership for 6 yrs now, purchasing a used Pilot , leasing a Civic and now with having to trade the Civic for a CRV because of an unforeseen illness in the family. Martin is always great to work with as well as Todd in the finance department!! We have also been completely satisfied with the work done on our vehicles in the service dept! Thanks guys!

Great Service
Salesman: Mike Branham (Honda CRV purchased 4/17/2014) Mike was very helpful. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he made the purchasing process simple. I would definitely buy a Car again from Mike. His easy going and low pressure sales style was appreciated. Thanks, Mike. The real reason I purchased from AutoNation is the service that I have received over the years from your service department. I moved from California in May 2005 with 60,000 miles on my Odyssey, my service with Dobbs begin with with Dave Ravert who guided me thru 66,000 miles with great advice and upon his passing my service experience begin with J D Dewald in April 2008. Jeff begin when my Odyssey was at 126,000 and advised me on service for 104,000 and upon reaching 220,000 Jeff adviced that it was probally time to let my Odyssey go. Thanks Jeff I look forward to many years of service with you advising me on my Honda CRV. Your service Department is the key to maintaining customers.

Great customer Service
The 2013 CrossTour is a Great mix between a Sedan and a SUV and now with the New Safety Features on the 2013 & 2014 Plus for the Price Value was is a great choice! I can't say enough about The Great Customer Service about AUTO NATION HONDA in TUCSON. I took a test drive with Lenny Woehr & he pointed out The Safety Features. Lane Changing,Collision Warning & Back Up Camera,plus the Great Value for the money was a easy choice. Aaron Blom finish the sale,Who is so Great with Everyone! The New Sales Manager Joseph Butler was so kind and made sure everything was going well even with the Detailing of the CrossTour. AUTO NATION HONDA IN TUCSON HAS MY BUSINESS with Aaron Blom, Lenny Woehr and the New Sales Manager Joseph Butler who Kind & the Best Sales Manger in my opinion. A dealership worth purchasing your next car from
This was our first Honda. Everyone we came into contact in this dealership was first class. Although most of our dealings were with BC, we were also assisted by Dan, Rob and Greg. Going thru the Costco program made things easier and we were not pushed to get options we did not want. We will highly recommend AutoNation Honda.

Adrian Suarez was most helpful getting us the car we wanted. He took his time showing us how all of the electronics worked. He reminded us, if we had any questions or problems to contact him directly. We would certainly recommend this dealership and Adrian.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Martin Fiello in sales is superb! He is very detail- oriented. He listens to the customer needs. He works extra hard to make "everything perfect" for me. Mitch Jones in Service is also superb! He always makes sure the job gets done correctly and on time. . This is probably why I travel 22 miles to go to this Honda Dealership , instead of the one that is 7 miles from my house. It is the PEOPLE!

Honda CRV buying experience
Salesman Matt Crown was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, low pressure and easy going. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the deal. Only comment about the facility is that we started the buying process at 1100 in the morning and by the time we drove off the lot it was 3 in the afternoon, would suggest a small snack bar with something more substantial than popcorn.
