You lied and said the car was in perfect shape two days

You lied and said the car was in perfect shape two days later I took it to Dodge. Dodge says it needs new rear brakes and needed. The oil changed cause it was dirty rear differential fluid was dirty. Air filter was dirty. Passenger door lock was broken. I was told by the sales person it was in tiptop shape didn't need the oil change or anything I had to spend $1700 to get it all fixed at Dodge on 22nd I'm very mad 😠

My review is about the price online ,not about customer

My review is about the price online ,not about customer service my sale man was amazing I can't complain about him but the price they show online is not what you will get at all they will said oh the price is only if you do a trade or if you get finance with them and to me that's lying also they try to get you with extras that has nothing to do . They will have more happy customers if they wouldn't lie to them

Very bad experience they gave me a price or croute for my

Very bad experience they gave me a price or croute for my trading and new car ni text thru my cel phone it was Don , but when I got to de agencie at QUEBEDEAUX it was everything different they did not respecta the price they gave me and they treat me very bed there is a person who does the paper work I think his name es Jorge or Ricardo I don’t remember but was very unrepeatable and prepotente a very bad person for the company in other words I was treat very bad and I think this person is not good for the company he went to my credit report about 4 times with out my autorizaron and I think he has some alliances with some financial companies .
