The salesman, Ethan was awesome.
The salesman, Ethan was awesome. The manage, Alex is rude. He wouldn’t come out of his office to discuss the vehicle with us. He would just give the salesman the response and be done. When I asked if they had free oil changes he told the salesman to tell me that they were not Jim Click - again more rudeness. The vehicle was supposed have had a top to bottom check before being on the lot but the airbag light was on - what else wasn’t checked on the car?

Edgar Casahonda is a great salesman! He showed me all the Encores on the lot. We did a test drive and he answered all my questions regarding all the buttons in the car. He explained everything to me in detail when we did the paperwork also.
