Brandon was the staff that tended to my service for my

Brandon was the staff that tended to my service for my Honda accord that I purchased in July . And may I say as soon as I had the car it continued to read false notifications. The service department ran by Sarah , is and will always remain unorganized, and they also did not completed the job until , Brandon stepped in and assured me that everything would be taken care of, and he did just that! Brandon is an amazing employee they really should consider having him running the entire business honestly! Thank you again Brandon for your business and service.

Honestly… it’s what I expected.

Honestly… it’s what I expected. Had questions about a cancel warranty and possible refund and they said the warranty was cancel but never actually responded if I would get any type of refund. They sell cars and as soon as they sold it, they don’t really care about the customer.

Wyatt was amazing!

Wyatt was amazing! I have bought many cars and this is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. THE BEST CUSTOMER service ever experienced at a car dealership. Wyatt was thorough, respectful, and was there to address all our questions and concerns. I am from farther away but Wyatt, Robert, and the team at Heritage Honda now have a customer for life!

Sorry to say, my all-too-brief experience with Heritage

Sorry to say, my all-too-brief experience with Heritage Honda was just terrible. I was assured by their Internet manager that they had 2 2025 CR-Vs exactly like I wanted. I had an hour drive to the dealership then another hour drive home, and wanted this to be productive. Once arriving, it took a while for somebody to acknowledge me, but then I was eventually waited on. Caleb came and asked how he could help. I gave him very specific information on the exact model, year, and trim level that I wanted, as well as specific reasoning for not wanting anything else. He then became argumentative and was suggesting alternatives that were not options for me. I quickly escalated to the sales manager Joan, who said that the models I wanted had been sold, but the Internet manager wasn't aware? Inventory tracking of Honda automobiles is supposed to be tracked in real-time. I was there 20 minutes and walked out and drove home. Of all the transactions for Honda automobiles I've done over the years, almost all quite pleasant, this was one of the worst. To Heritage Honda: I will never again consider your dealership for any sales or service needs.

After using a car buying site to locate a car, I came to Heritage looking for a particular model vehicle (used car). Richard Papafio was the first to greet me with a smile and helpful demeanor. I am so glad he did. Richard listened to my needs and looked for the vehicle I had seen online. It had been sold but Richard quickly found another vehicle right in the sweet spot of pricing I was looking for. I truly appreciate Richard's approach. He didn't over push anything. He brought the vehicle around and it was exactly what he said it would be. During the test ride, he identified all the features of the vehicle for me to see and was just a pleasure to work with. Back at the dealership, he kept me in the loop on the purchase process and got me out the door quickly and efficiently with a great car. He took the time to introduce me personally to all the members I would deal with (GM and Finance). Richard is a class act and Heritage is lucky to have him on their staff. Please tell Richard to continue with setting a gold standard. I will be back to buy another car from him without a doubt. As a side note, Jaylen Clifton was also very helpful. When I returned he recognized that I had been working with Richard and immediately dropped what he was doing to go and find Richard for me quickly. Shout out to Jaylen for being a great team player and helping me locate Richard.

The hardest working and most diligent dealer I’ve ever

The hardest working and most diligent dealer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Brandon went above and beyond for us in ways I’ve never experienced at any other dealer (even in high end luxury dealers). Could not rate more highly! I wish I could give 6 stars!
