From the moment my wife and I reached out with a brief inquiry, Steve was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and he made the process very pleasant. Steve’s attention to detail and to our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! He will sell us our next Mazda also.

Chris and Jeff were knowledgable, professional, patient

Chris and Jeff were knowledgable, professional, patient and very customer centric. They asked great questions, provided facts and data and listened to what we said. It was an interactive discussion and at no time did we feel pressured, rushed … as was my previous experiences of buying a car. This is a high performance team and one that we would recommend and look forward to working with for any of our future automobile needs.

Christian helped my Father in Law and me find a new CX-5.

Christian helped my Father in Law and me find a new CX-5. Christian was very helpful, and was up-front about being new to the position. If he didn't know an answer, he went and got the answer rather than talking around the question; a refreshing breath of honesty. Christian was very attentive to what my FIL was looking for and did an excellent job facilitating a test drive and finding the exact car we were looking for.

Everyone is always helpful.

Everyone is always helpful. Service, finance, and sales. I was at the dealership for a minor service issue. However, I saw the salesman who had worked with me in the past and suddenly I was walking out several hours later with a brand new car.

It was an excellent experience buying my new car!

It was an excellent experience buying my new car! From the first conversation to the follow-up conversation a few days after purchase - Ken continued to check on me to ensure I was satisfied and if I had any questions. Ken went above and beyond - especially when he picked by me up at my home (50 minutes away from the dealership) so I could complete the sale of the car without asking one of my children to drive me. I love the car and appreciate the professionalism, respect and great customer service the entire team showed me. Thank you!

Ken Arment was a dream to work with!

Ken Arment was a dream to work with!!! This was my second purchase with Heritage Mazda and I love both vehicles!!! Even though the process took over 5 hours - Ken made it enjoyable and fun!!! He was very thorough with showing me all the accessories and how they work and also helped me set them up!!! George Varga was great also - no runaround and straight and to the point!!
