I had been shopping for a GMC Sierra 2500 for about 4 months. I live in Nebraska and had been searching the country for the truck that I wanted. After finding a truck on the Toms website, I was replied back to very quickly and told everything about the truck. I drove 5 hours to take a look at it. Doug McGrew the manager was fantastic to work with! I definitely felt like he went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and respect my time. I can confidently say that they had the best price, by a long shot, on vehicles within my search area (400 miles). And although I acted like I was being robbed (just like my grandpa taught me), I was shocked by the deal I got my on truck! Finance dept. was also easy to work with. Doug was very thorough at explaining the finance paperwork and quickly processed the transaction. All in all it was a little over one hour from the time I arrived at the dealership until I was westbound on I-35 with my new truck. Thanks for the great service and the easy transaction. I am jealous that Des Moines has such a great dealership and I will certainly make the 5 hour drive back to Toms 2 to buy from Doug for my wife. You guys were AWESOME!! and great internet sales people.

I just wanted to stop by to show some love to the amazing people at Tom's Auto Sales. Especially my sales guy Bryan, he was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Very nice guy and I never felt taken advantage of. They have a great selection of vehicles at a very good price. My budget was a little tight with the impala I wanted so he lowered the price because the guys up there just wanna make sure you leave satisfied. Overall great buy and even better customer service. Highly recommended!!!!

Had a good experience ? only small issues was so many people trying to enter and leave at the same time. With so many options on the lot, and the business taking plac at the time, it was hard to find a parking spot!

I didn't go in for anything specific just to look around. I was greeted almost instantly and it didn't feel I was being pressured. They offered a test drive for however long I needed to drive it for and there was absolutely no pressure into buying the vehicle. When I did decide on a vehicle they did whatever they could to help with trade in and financing. I felt as if I were buying it from a friend instead of a business. Colin was my salesman and he was very respectful and patient.
