I purchased 4 tires on sale during an event. Buy 3 tires get 4th for $1. When I submitted the General Tire rebate form, I was told the 4th tire was free so I did not qualify for the $100 rebate. I feel that I was lied to and cheated when I gave a local company my business after Hurricane Helene. I contacted the company and to date, I have not heard back. Shame on me for trusting Bryan Easler Toyota. My next Toyota purchase will not be at Bryan Easler.

I worked with DaveCherry. I was so impressed. He was great, no pressure, answered all my questions and was very courteous. I have bought 5 Toyotas over the years from another dealer and never was treated as good as this dealership treated me. I am so pleased to give them a terrific review.

I’m very disappointed in this family owned dealership.
I’m very disappointed in this family owned dealership. What started out as a good experience unfortunately turned out very disappointing. I purchased a used 2017 Toyota RAV4 and it was “As Is” But the problem was something I think the dealership should have made an exception for. The vehicle runs great and drives great, we purchased it during daylight hours and the only thing we couldn’t check was the headlights. After arriving home that day from the dealership we decided to take a night ride and that’s when we found out the headlights were terrible. You couldn’t hardly see the road they were so bad. Someone had put aftermarket LED lights on the vehicle. I went to the parts store and spent $120 for halogen bulbs which after installing them weren’t much better. I reached out to the dealership to see what they could do to help resolve this issue, after all you can’t test headlights during the day. I was really disappointed with the attitude of my salesman. He quickly let me there was nothing they could do and that would something that would fall under my extended warranty. This wasn’t an issue of something breaking after I purchased it, this was one of those issues the car had and we didn’t know about and had no way of knowing it until we bought it. I will pay out of pocket to fix the problem and try to be more careful in the future about dealing with so called family owned dealerships. Obviously they don’t care about repeat customers!! Disappointed and would not recommend Bryan Easler Toyota of Hendersonville NC to anyone. Terry G

I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. Stephanie (owner), Mike (finance) and Jim (delivery) were all very helpful and genuinely nice during our visit while respectful of our time! Overall, this has been the best experience x 2 and I’ll continue to make the trip to Hendersonville for all future purchases!

I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to
I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to health issues. She wanted her Lexus Rx 350 to accompany her on the trip. Shortly after we got her up here the service indicator light illuminated. Decided to take it to Bryan Easler since Lexus is in the Toyota family. I did not have an appointment and took a chance for service. I was immediately and politely greeted by Kayla who got me in very quickly. The service was fairly routine but they got me out quick. the waiting room was very nice, much nicer than their closest competition. 40 minutes and I am out the door. Prior to this service visit my son and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4/ Highlander and were greeted and assisted by Roger Miller who could not have been any more professional. the experience I have had at Easler was far above the standard I have received at other dealerships.

Jim Griffith (salesperson) was super helpful! I wanted a specific color RAV4 Hybrid and they went out of their way to make this happen for me. Jim made the whole process super easy and seamless. If you're looking to purchase a new car, I highly suggest visiting Jim and Bryan Easler Toyota. Logan (the finance guy) was very helpful as well. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
