Great service and the level of care was appreciated! Gilbert was my salesman and listened to all my needs, was very patient when it came to choosing my car, and exemplified that he wanted the best for his customer. Jesus and Glenn from the finance department were great to work with and can tell that they all have a good work environment because they interact well together. We had our great laughs which made the process less dreadful. Thank you so much for the experience and expertise!

My experience with Interstate Toyota was very
My experience with Interstate Toyota was very disappointing. For several months, I worked closely with a salesman after stopping by to inquire about a Toyota Tundra. He explained the truck was in the delivery process, and I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with purchasing it. He assured me he would keep me updated, and we stayed in regular communication until the vehicle arrived. When the truck finally reached the lot, he contacted me right away and asked when I could come in. I told him I would be there the next day. A few hours later, however, he called back to inform me that the vehicle was no longer available. At no point during this entire process was I asked to leave a deposit, which I absolutely would have done if given the opportunity. This lack of follow-through not only cost me the Tundra I had been waiting on for months, but it also caused me to miss out on the low-interest financing offered on the 2025 models, which is no longer available on the 2026. Overall, I feel this situation was handled very unprofessionally. After investing months of communication and trust in this dealership, I was left empty-handed and frustrated. I cannot recommend Interstate Toyota based on my experience.

I went there for oil change, wash car and setup app, after waiting 2 hours 20 minutes, I got my car not washing and didn’t setup app. Service was awful. I will never be back 😡😡😡😡

Great deal and fast transaction! There should be a snack station while waiting and the coffee station needs to improve a little. people who buy cars sometimes have to wait for them to finish and would be nice to have something small to snack on after a big purchase! overall gilbert was great!

I served in the Army's esteemed 173rd Airborne Brigade based in Italy and Germany with more MoH (the Medals of Honor) than any other similarly brigade sized military unit of the Armed Forces of the United States of America (22 MoH to be exact due to fighting the bloodiest battle of the Vietnam War: "The Battle of Dak To" on "Hill 875"), as well as, loosing the highest number of Paratroopers (via combat related injuries and deaths) and earning the most categories of valorous awards during the "Global War on Terror" in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have finally discovered the best vehicle Saleswoman in the entire Universe. Yanilda Lora's persona and superb communication made me feel like I was her only client. She stood by me from the start to the finish and kept reminding me that I will find the perfect new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which I did. She went above and beyond in reaching out to me for anything I needed during the entire shopping experience. Her great attention to detail made sure that my specific sedan was a great fit for me. I am looking forward to work with Yani once again as I buy a new Camry for my spouse in a near future. I wish I can give Interstate Toyota in Airmont, New York, seven stars. Thank you very much!
