I would highly recommend this place!

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. He is by far the best service I have ever received while perching a car, or probably in general. GREAT JOB ELLIS :)

BLATANT LIARS… wasted my time and money

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - THESE GUYS ARE BLATANT LIARS. Here’s my story. They currently have a Porsche 911 on their lot at a decent price. I should have known the car has a story, as they apparently have a Porsche dealership in network, but it looked pretty decent in the low res pictures. I live in the SF Bay Area, so I asked a battery of questions about the car. I ask for many more pictures of specific areas of the car, and Ali sends me a video, but lags on actual pictures. Instead of fulfilling my requests, he just tells me how perfect the car looks. He says it looks “brand new.” So I book a flight to come down and pick it up. When I get there, David, who seems like a genuinely nice guy, takes me out to the car, and it took me 8 seconds to realize that the paint on both bumpers does not match. It’s not a little off. It’s way off. And the quality of the paint job is horrendous. They masked off the plastic parts rather than removing them, so there is paint all over them, there is paint shop material under the clearcoat, and there is a big paint drip on the rear bumper. There is also a very noticeable dent on the rear bumper. It’s a Frankenstein car. THIS IS AFTER EVERY QUESTION I HAD ASKED THAT WOULD INDICATE THAT I WOULD CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE PAINT. They had every opportunity to tell me the car looks like this, and instead they lied to me and told me it was perfect. So I book my flight home (now I’m down $400), and ask David if they would like to split the cost of my worthless travel. He takes me into the finance manager named Jonathan, and we talked for a bit about the situation. Apparently the dealership had gotten the front bumper painted, so he says. He didn’t say anything about the rear bumper but clearly the rear bumper was painted by the same crappy paint shop as the front bumper. So I ask him if he wants to split the cost of my travel, and he says he’ll send me a check the next day for the full price. I think, “Hey these guys are alright.” Well, it’s been a week and no check. I texted David, and no response. So here’s the summary - THESE GUYS ARE 100% BLATANT LIARS. Do not believe one single word that they tell you. Better yet, find another place to buy a car.

The advertised prices are false,

When you want to buy a car, they will want to add an extra $7,500 to sell it to you, false advertising,The advertised prices are false。The advertised prices are false, and when you want to buy it will add 7500, a waste of my time, a waste of my gasoline

Fraudulent cars.com pricing

Online price is a complete lie. They're charging $6k more than advertised on a base model Corolla. Their inventory is hilariously low, so I guess they're selling cars even if they're lying about the prices online.

Lemon

Purchases a 2015 Chevy Colorado on 2/26/21 with less then 60k mikes, one week went by the computer went out. I contacted the dealer they said no warranty on anything bought as is. Today 3/25/21 there is a puddle of transmission fluid under the truck and no indicator lights are lit up with a warning. Less then a month and this truck has these issues and this dealer does nothing and doesnt stand behind the Lemons they Sell.

Finance Department

Worst people there to solve your problem, they are super nice during the selling time, after selling if you have any problem, worst place to get help. I cancel my warranty Oct 2017 and now 2021. I met with finance director Mr. Haim Bushy, finance manager Mr. Ed Casimiro (he did my paper work) and Business development manager Karina Cardenas but always they said we will follow up but they never did. I contact with Warranty Company and they told me they send the credit to Toyota of Hollywood back in October 2017. But the dealer never give the money to Toyota Finance Department. I talked with Toyota Finance Department and they said they never received the money from Toyota of Hollywood. I asked for suggestion they said if dealer ignore you just sue them, because it’s your money. What else can I say!!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible!

Terrible terrible terrible! Please do not waste your time with this service center. They will take your car write down bogus phone numbers and say they are trying to contact you. They literally kept my car for almost 24 hours for a tire patch job. When I finally went to pick up my car the next morning after spending $50 in Ubers to get to work and Back to the dealership to pick up my car, my service writer thought it was kinda funny that the receptionist was calling the wrong number. They have no sense in urgency. I’m sad I even have to give them one star when they really deserve 0. I mean these people literally kept my car with no contact and they are acting like everything’s fine when I’m frustrated? Also may god help you if you get one of their lazy cashiers on the phone. they keep saying they can’t get a hold of anyone when they are literally 10 feet away from all the service riders. This place is a joke know wounded they have such big employee turn around at this store.

Worst service ever

The worst service I have experience ever at a dealership in the service department. We dropped our car off at noon for a tire patch, and the advisor (who never told us his name or gave any paperwork or a card) offered an oil change since it was still under the free oil changes we thought that’s nice sure, 3 o clock comes around we have yet to receive a call, so we called in she asked for our number gave her our number pulled us up apparently tried to get an advisor on the phone but couldn’t so said someone would call us back, 5 comes around no call back, so we call again and it’s an outside answering service because service is closed, ask to speak with a manager at the dealership no one is answering, we have one car and now our one car is stuck in service for the whole night, not able to get to work in the morning, finally get a call back at 8 saying our car is ready, which obviously because it was just an oil change and a patch shouldn’t take almost 24 hours, tried to get an advisor on the phone again and couldn’t again, then she said they called at 1 and left a message to another number and that they didn’t have the right number even tho they had pulled up our account with our correct number so we know they were lying and we only gave one number, so had to Uber to work an the Uber back to pick up my car, go to the cashier who’s 5 ft from the advisors and somehow she couldn’t get one on the phone, like she couldn’t walk over to talk to them and say hey there’s an upset customer, it’s just ridiculous and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and they were not slammed with people, they had time to give a call especially when we called and left a message with someone who clearly didn’t give it to them, I never wrote reviews but this was such a terrible experience I had to share.

What A Bad Customer Service

I called the Sales department to check on a Toyota Tundra I wanted to buy Cash. The Sales Person who was supposed to let me know if the Truck was available never called me back. After I gave him my Name And Number. You Guys lost a sale. Need to keep up with customers and don’t Judge a book by its cover. Today I Purchase Same Truck on a Dealer from Ontario. Made a cash Purchase and Happy with my Purchase.

Worst Dealership Finance

This is the worst dealership i experience when buying car thru finance, i trade in my car last Aug28 and until now Sept.17 they have not paid my payoff balance on my trade in and my account is past due already, I called several times to resolve it but they keep saying of calling me back but nobody called back, I even went there to fix and they said they will cut the check same day and send it overnight but still nothing. My next step is to complain thru BBB.
