Amber has always been an outstanding representative of KIA and ensures I receive the best service possible. I call for any reason and she gets the answer or provides me an appointment time that is convenient and works with my schedule. She lets me know in advance if I'm getting close to being due for another service. She explains everything in easy to understand terms. She informs me of any issues that need attention and offers suggestions or alternatives when necessary. She keeps me up to date as servicing progresses. I have always felt like I could rely on Amber for any car related concerns and she is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all things related to the car, servicing, maintenance and a wide variety of other issues. Amber is a valuable asset to the KIA team. She provides absolute top notch customer support and service. It's always been a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to future appointments. I know I will get the best possible support.

I have purchased my 3rd Kia from Kia Autosport of Pensacola. Tessa has been my service advisor for many years and she goes above and beyond to see that me and my cars are always well taken care of. Desmond Smiley was my Sales advisor and he also did a wonderful job with finding me another Sportage and stayed with me through the whole process. Tessa and Desmond make a great team. I've been trying for several months to get a service

I've been trying for several months to get a service appointment since I was told I had to use them to keep my warranty. I have tried over 100 times (no exaggeration) to get someone to call me back. App, phone, website, chat, email...nothing works. I am now resorting to finding Kia service centers in other cities to see if I'm important enough to them to have me a customer.

You strive for timely and effective communication? I reached out to you, personally, a week ago. Took me 3 minutes to get an appointment with the Kia service center in Ft Walton Beach. I'll have to drive an hour there and back but at least I got an appointment.

The audacity continues. You see here that I got an appointment at another location. I get a call today to confirm an appointment at your dealership for Monday that neither I nor my husband made. Did you honestly expect me to to take off from work to honor that appointment when you've shown me no respect?

As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last

As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last two service visits. He communicated the needs/options for service and the completion of work. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned and washed before pickup and the costs were clearly explained (warranty vs consumer) and warranty parts were ordered in a timely manner. Cody is a major reason for our using this dealership for service. Kia Autosport of Pensacola is blessed to have staff like him.
