The role of a service advisor is very difficult. They must have good knowledge, good cutomer service and work well with the team of mechanics etc, They are judged by customer responses...which includes cleanliness of facility etc for which they are not responsible. This is unfair for their monthly bonus depends on all the team doing their best. This does not lead to team effort but rather causes dissention among the group. You need to take a look at this type of review and give credit where credit is due.

The Service staff are Nice but the work is of poor

The Service staff are Nice but the work is of poor quality , I have purchased 3 vehicles from this Dealership and it always ends with the same result.. The staff apologizing for the poor service and how can we fix it… My Girlfriend and I brought 2 vehicles in for service and nothing has changed..We will never return to this dealership for any kind of service and we are passing this message along through all social media.. When a customer drops his or her car off at your Dealership you should act like you care and go behind your third party source and make sure that they are completing the service to Dealership levels , meaning our Car , our dealership , but again poor third party service.. You guys should make sure they do an Excellent job for the customers that continue to keep your Dealership in Business by giving you OUR HARD EARNED MONEY

We are repeat customers, and just leased our second CR-V with Jaredo Reid through your dealership. We keep coming back because of the outstanding customer service that Jaredo has shown us. We have many choices when leasing a new vehicle, and I reached out to several dealers when it was time to lease this one.
