My experience with Driver’s Mart has been extremely

My experience with Driver’s Mart has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I raised clear concerns about the condition of the vehicle, but the staff was dismissive and made little effort to actually look into the issues. Instead, I felt like they were just trying to get me to go away rather than stand behind the car they sold. What makes this worse is that the true condition of the car was not fully disclosed at the time of purchase. Important safety-related concerns should have been addressed up front, but instead I was left running back and forth to prove what I already knew was wrong. That is not the kind of honesty or professionalism I expect from a dealership. I would caution anyone considering a purchase here: don’t take their word for it, and get everything independently verified before signing anything.

I would have given five stars if it hadn’t been for the

I would have given five stars if it hadn’t been for the hefty dealer fees I was completely blindsided by. At that point, we had settled on the car for my grandson. He was excited, and we were all tired. I would say, if you know going in you will be charged an extra grand on top of taxes, title, registration, etc. then go for it. They did have a good selection of good, used cars.

Sold me lemon.

Sold me lemon. I returned it to them for repair because it's illegal to sell a car in Florida without because the AC. They have had it for 3 days and they won't return my calls or give me an ETA on the repair. They were so nice and eager to take my money but now they don't even have the time or courtesy to return my calls. So, so disappointing.

Found the car I?ve been looking for at their Winter Park Location. From the moment I connected by email with the dealership to the moment I drove off with the car, everything was smooth! We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

Jordan and Ray were absolutely excellent!

Jordan and Ray were absolutely excellent! The test drive process was smooth and hassle-free, and they were completely transparent about the out-the-door pricing and available options. They even secured me financing with a lower APR than what I originally came in with?and went the extra mile by calling me later when an even better rate became available. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I couldn?t be happier with my beautiful beast of an Explorer.
