This is my second purchase from this dealership.

This is my second purchase from this dealership. My last car was 11 years old and well maintained by West Point service department. The sales staff is patient, efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. Very helpful in meeting my requests without being pushy. The finance person was very helpful as well. Give this dealership a try.

The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr.

The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr. Lee! I don't have perfect credit, alot of money, or time but they made the experience great. Dax and Ronald got me a great car and Mr. Lee got my down payment and monthly payment lower than what I expected. They have patience and treat you like you're a plus customer. My 4th car from there. Always get treated like royalty. Remember I'm not wealthy. Best used sales team ever!!

The sales consultant was very good.

The sales consultant was very good. She answered all my questions and was very thoughtful. There was no pressure trying to sell something. The finance manager was also very good explaining the car buying options.

I purchased my Lincoln Navigator from Planet Lincoln in

I purchased my Lincoln Navigator from Planet Lincoln in Spring, TX. I recently contacted their service department to schedule rear strut replacements. After 1 week of getting no feedback on my service request, I contacted West Point Lincoln for their help. I was immediately connected to a service representative (Megan Jones) who immediately ordered the required parts and scheduled me in the following week for installation. The professionalism and customer service demonstrated prior to and during the installation process exceeded my expectations. I will be using West Point Lincoln for all future service needs.
