I purchased A warranty for my tires and rims when I

I purchased A warranty for my tires and rims when I purchased the car. when I purchased the Warranty, they told me if I hit a curb or if I hit a pothole anything that goes wrong with the tire it will be replaced for free. I did hit a curb which damaged the rim and the sidewall of the tire. The tire has a big gouge in it, which is a hazard. Because the gouge in the wall will weaken the tire And it could have a blowout when I’m on the highway. I got a flat tire and I was riding on a doughnut and the donut can only be ridden on for 50 to 70 miles tops so I called Gary Rome Hyundai to have my tire replaced and they told me they couldn’t get me in for 3 1/2 weeks. They also said that I couldn’t drive on the donut for more than 50 to 70 miles so I went and had the tire plugged at town fair tire for a temporary fix until my appointment came so when I took the car in for service, they told me that they couldn’t replace the tire because I had it plugged and what are they supposed to tell the tire company well there is a gouge in the side of the tire that is not cosmetic The mechanic at Gary Rome Hyundai said that it is cosmetic it is hazardous and if you look at the tire, it’s not a scratch. It’s a gouge there’s a whole chunk of it missing. So I feel like they did a bait and switch on me. I wouldn’t recommend buying any tire and rim warranty from them.

Toured the lot looking for a newer car, no sales people

Toured the lot looking for a newer car, no sales people came outside so I went inside. Inside there were people walking all around that looked like employees and 2 different customers seated at desks. Walked around for 10 minutes no sales people approached me so finally went up to the ...welcome desk and ask for a sales person. No sales people were available and I should make an appointment. I walked out and will never go back.

Wasted three hours of driving

Was looking for a specific model and they showed one in stock. Called two times to confirm the car is there as we will be driving from 70 miles away. Was told everything is fine. We show up and were given a wrong car trim to test drive. When we pointed out, after 10 min they come back the car was sold but that some phone person made a mistake. How convenient. They kept the car in demand on Hyundai website to get customers to come and waste their time. The car is still up there after 5 days. Not sure how we can come to a different conclusion than bait and switch using the desirable car to attract customers in. Never post a bad review for a business but felt we were made fools of and wasted 3 hours of driving time along with gas and tolls.

Great deal on a Santa Fe

Bought an 07 Santa Fe right off the car carrier. Mark the sales rep was great throughout the process. He saw to it we got the best rate we were able to get .

Good Deal

Great service

Brough my suv in for an oil chane, alignment, and cabin air filter change. Service was fast, and done right. Wouldn't let anyone else service the SUV.
