Anthony was very professional and helpful however I did feel the used car manager was very unwilling to negotiate a fair price for both parties. I also had service done as part of the sale and it was not done correctly and had to take off work and return to get the vehicle repaired correctly as it was unsafe to drive, which they did. My only other comment is when a used car is sold it should be gone through and obvious repairs made before you let the customer drive away. I was looking for a really specific car, and had a monthly payment amount in mind that I couldn't go over. Matt was friendly and very accessible. He worked really hard to get me the exact car I wanted for the monthly payment that I had in mind. The Countryside team also got me a pretty incredible rate on a loan in spite of my credit history not being very extensive. Overall, Matt took a process I was dreading and made it smoother than I ever would have expected. I'd recommend them to anyone.

John was the best. He was able to explaine to me the car and everything that comes with the car. I had a very good time at the dealership. My girlfriend had a great time as well. She really enjoyed the coffee and how nice everyone was.

John Gomes is a man with integrity! I cannot believe the class with which he conducted himself, from beginning to end. When we left the dealership with our new to us 2010 Tiguan the first thing my wife said to me was not how happy she was about her new car (which, by the way, she totally loves,) the first thing she said was, "Wow, what a nice man John Gomes is!" In our 25+ years of marriage this was our fifth dealer purchased car and second from VW Countryside. No other car purchase compares to how great an experience this was and it was a great experience because of John Gomes!!
