Success
Needed body work to be completed in 5 days. Body shop manager ordered parts ahead and finished the repairs needed by the 5th day even though she had to send for additional parts.we feel that to finish this work in 5 days was a task that required much coordination and expertise. We brought our car 240 miles to take advantage of Plaza Ford's reputation and they came through as usual.

Dead brand new truck, 0 help from Plaza
Bought a brand new vehicle from Plaza that died 2 months later. The buying process was great but now that my brand new truck is dead I’m seeing that they do not stand behind the cars they sell at all once they’re out the door.They have so far left me without a vehicle or loaner for 2 weeks after returning the truck to me only to have the same issue return. After dropping the truck off for the 2nd time I spent and hour waiting out front waiting on a courtesy shuttle only to end up having to find a ride home anyways on my own so I can try to figure out how to get to work tomorrow so I can make the payments on my dead brand new truck.

Fantastic Experience with Craig!!
Our experience with Craig was phenomenal!!! We purchased a used BMW and were 3 hours away from the dealership. The car was in excellent condition as described and Craig went back and forth with us answering ALL of our questions in a super timely manner. He also sent additional photos, close-ups and made sure the car was fully detailed prior to making our trip. Upon arrival, he was a pleasure to work with and we were in and out (including test drive) within 2 hours (very different from all of our other car purchases). If you are looking for a fair, reliable and competent dealership, go here. You won't be disappointed!!

Spoke with Dave about a used 2019 F150 and trading in my used 2016 Canyon. We reached a quick agreement on the trade and both the purchase price and trade value were in line with what I expected from the kbb calculator...long story short, the transaction was no fuss, no nonsense and extremely fair. Dave and the team were fantastic to deal with and low pressure...I would absolutely return for future business.
