I had an amazing experience working with Robert Brooks and the entire team at Porsche Cary. I initially called the dealership on a Saturday about 10 minutes before they closed and Robert waited for us to arrive and stayed with us way after closing time to answer all of our questions. I had a fantastic experience with Porsche of Cary. Robert Brooks was my sales guide. He was knowledgeable and very attentive throughout the process. He went above and beyond by picking me up at my house to take me to the dealership to pick up my CPO Taycan. The entire team made the purchase process enjoyable. I wrote a review on Saturday after my car was serviced. It was deleted. We Walked in the showroom looking at cars. No one approached us. We saw the previous salesman that helped Us when we purchased our macan. He looked the other way. We were thinking about purchasing another Porche. But with an attitude like you that, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Don’t give me the attitude like you too good and we are beneath you. This is the second time with the attitude. Don’t walk with your nose in the air. We pay and expect the respect!!!!
