Everyone has always treated me so well and I really appreciate it. I called two weeks ago to tell them I had a part that needed to be replaced and I was told it would be ordered. When I got here this morning at 9:15, I was told that the part needed to be ordered and I had to come back. I was disappointed.

It is the second time that I've brought my vehicle for maintenance or a recall and was told it would take a few hours, and it ended up not being complete until the following day. I understand there is an unpredictability to these things and a limited number of employees to do the work, but a more accurate time estimate would be helpful as I planned on having the car the following day to commute to work and I ended up needing to scramble to figure out an alternative. Maybe earlier communication about the delay the day off, I didn't receive an update both times until around 5 pm. the staff was professional and friendly otherwise
