I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for an oil change, tire...

I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter change. I bought it new at this dealership and the service during the sales process as well as for routine maintenance I have received has been excellent. I have sent several of my friends and Family to Luther Nissan Kia to buy their new cars as well. Adam and Scott were great to work with in service and explained what was being done to my vehicle as well as the charges associated with those services. Thanks for a great experience!

As weekend customers, the dealership was very very busy ~ but both Joe and Ben were very attentive, they worked together to find me a car that I liked and assisted in putting together a monthly lease price that worked for our budget. Ben set up my blue tooth, Sirius radio station and gave me great instructions about everything with the car. We will highly recommend both of them and your dealership. Working with Dave Burns was a pleasure. He was honest and up front with everything from the start. He showed me different types of vehicles and then when I went to make my decision, he was very helpful in getting all the things I wanted in my new car. This was by far the best car buying experience I have...

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The paperwork was all done before I walked in the door. My new truck was ready waiting for me out front. My sales person was knowledgable and really nice. Thank YOU! I love my new Armada!

I live in Tucson, AZ but every summer I drive back to MN...

I live in Tucson, AZ but every summer I drive back to MN to visit family and friends. Over the years I have needed basic service for my Murano (oil change, tire rotation) and found Luther Nissan as the closest service dealer to me (staying in Hastings). This trip I needed extensive service, including warranty work, before driving back to Tucson. I checked in with Scott, who took excellent care of me, and left my Murano for service. Though it took a business day or two to receive the parts, Scott made sure my vehicle was ready on the promised day. I have been very impressed with the quality of customer service and repair done at Luther Nissan, and this year, with all the additional service required, you went above and beyond. Thanks for everything!
