First time Toyota owner.

First time Toyota owner. This was my second service there and it was very slow this time. Devin was just okay did not seem interested to share any information about the service like tire wear. 90 mins for tire rotation and oil change is too long a wait! I am tempted to go elsewhere.

Work was done well.

Work was done well. Car was returned very clean. Looked brand new. Communication could have been better. Car was ready on a Friday but no call. Could not get it until Monday.

Definitely worth the trip to Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati.

Definitely worth the trip to Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati. We were looking for a specific color and specs for our next vehicle and we found one online. We called and spoke with Ty and decided to drive from North Dayton to Cincy to see it. Ty took great care of us from the test drive to purchase. Got a fair trade and smooth transaction with the financing. Shout out to Andrew in Finance as well! Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure salesmen. We will definitely be back! 🙂

Took a little longer than I expected but everything

Took a little longer than I expected but everything turned out okay in the end. Car seems to run noticeably better. Employees were very helpful.

The sales process was transparent and straight forward. We dealt with Mike Sipple and he was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The review of the buyer's checklist was very thorough. It was an overall easy buying experience.
