WARNING! Do not use this dealership!! We purchased a vehicle in February and have had nothing but problems. The check engine light came on, on our way home. Had it checked, reached out to see if there was anything they were willing to do, offered $200 of a $2,500 repair which we never received. Left me stranded with my 2 kids in the middle of the night on my way home from vacation, had to have it towed home, with another $5,000 repair and now I'm looking at another $10,000 repair. This is more than I purchased the car for. Worst vehicle experience ever. I really thought we were going to a reputable used car dealership. Unfortunately not.

My husband and I were impressed with Sanderson's. Every employee was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We purchased a car from them, as did my son. I trust them and highly recommend them. If you would like to purchase a car, and not have to deal with a high-pressure salesman, Sandersons is the place to go.

We had an amazing experience with Sanderson Auto! We bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse with everything we wanted. It was a quick process, great price and great customer service. A couple of key things: there was a trim piece that was cracked, my husband is handy so he knew he could fix it but they offered to take $100 off the price for us. Also, we were planning to put $5k down but don't have checks. We could use a card but there would have been a 3% fee. We decided not to do a down payment. When the financing came through (only took 10 minutes!) they came to us and said "we can get you down .50% on the rate if you put $814 down, we will waive the 3% fee for you" so they saved us money while losing money! We will definitely purchase from them in the future and have already told multiple people about them.

They accommodated me late in the night to get all the information I needed, the next morning I drove out of state to them, and all the paperwork took less than an hour. The car was exactly how they described it. They were bringing the car to me the next day, free of charge, quite impressive. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
