they advertise free oil changes for life. what they don't tell you is they charge OUTRAGEOUS maintenance fees as part of the free oil changes. You end up indirectly paying for all of your oil changes.

Cook Auto Group made my purchasing experience unbeatable. The new car Sales Manager, Tom Perry was extremely helpful in my quest to purchase the best vehicle for my budget. I feel that he went above and beyond to ensure that I was receiving the most for my money. The selection of inventory with the options that I desired was unmatched. My new Mazda CX-9 is all that I hoped for when committing to such a large purchase. I use the "Cook Cares for Life" services as often as I can. The service department is just as wondering and accommodating as the sales staff. I recommend and compliment the Cook Auto team frequently. I will soon be in the market for a new CX-9, there is no place that I'd rather shop then Cook Mazda.

I came into the dealership to purchase a new Ram and was met as I exited my vehicle by Derek. Derek was very knowledgeable and there was no games being played like previous dealerships I visited. Tom Perreault made my buying process very simple and helped me feel very comfortable about the entire sale process. I called in and we chatted for a few minutes about what I was looking for, where my price needed to be, and what features the vehicle needed to have. Later that evening I got a text from Tom that after searching their other lot, he had a truck I may be interested in. Tom had the truck shipped to his lot the next day and I test drove it. That was pretty much it, no hidden agendas, no salesman tricks. He laid everything out on the table and helped me see exactly what I was paying for.
